Hi Dana, six to eight presentations for new agents should yield 2 sales per day; when does the average (successful) agent hit this mark, and when does the average agent hit the second phase of production.
Hi Dana! Do your agents receive their paythru every month regardless of what they produce each month? For example, if you have a new agent that has produced $5,000 consistently for 6 months and then has 2 or 3 slow months where they may only produce $2,000, does that agent STILL receive their paythru for those slow months ?
I already factored in chargebacks of 20% and 10% NTOs into my formula. Taxes have never been part of my formula. When someone takes a W2 job for $100k salary the employer doesn’t say you won’t make $100k because of taxes. Also different people have different write offs so it’s impossible to account for this.

With our agent in training program, a new agent can write 2 a day in the first week. It might take them 30-60 days to do it on their own.

In order to NET $100k, it's important to factor in Charge backs and Income taxes. The agent needs to gross around $175,000 to take home $100,000
