    Let's go...The level of commitment to your self-growth and success is next level! Why do you think in the "Hustle Culture" - which you seem to subscribe to, there is such an attachment to waking up early and competing with others? (not saying those are "bad" or "good" just curious.

      Thanks man! Although I think you’ve conflated discipline with the hustle culture. Which I’ve been there and don’t subscribe to at all. I wake early because it’s aligned with my future self. I wake early because health is my greatest value and I have seen when I wake early I’m more consistent with exercise. I wake early to start the day with progress so I can be fully present with my family (my second biggest value). But my life is actually very easeful- I choose flow vs force.
      For me discipline + surrender + systems = flow
