Ok I've just found out with some help from @Helios_Max that from 5:34 to 6:25 the music drowns out my voice apologies for that I think I accidentally left a piece of music in the other music track which I forgot about however the rest of the video should be fine to listen to. My apologies for the inconvenience everyone it's like my first timeline video all over again fml.
One character that I believe there are potential to explore and discuss is Poul Clarke.....dude left Isaac and his wife for an off world tour and then seemingly vanished with attempts of Isaac to find him being turned down but what Isaac doesn't know is that the CEC had classified his files as "Top Secret" so something tells me Poul Clarke is either part of CEC trying to unlock the potential of the markers or man had an encounter with a Marker and a necromorph infestation and is probably captured and put in stasis for study. I always thought that this would play a part in a future game.
Possibly a setup for DS4. He probably was working on a top secret anti-Necromorph WMD, but at the cost of reverse engineering technology from the ancient enemies of the Necromorphs who also have sinister plans for humanity.
I really enjoyed the Martyr book (I read it some months ago and still think about it). It was a suprisingly good read and I recommend it to any who are considering it.
Love your contents and theories on Deadspace but I have a question; If The Callisto Protocol Game by Striking Distance Studios, and the Negative atmosphere by Sunscorched Studios ever get released, would you add them to your channel not only for gameplay, but for lores, and theories too?

Dead space remastered change the plot to where Isaac parents are both dead and there bodies are take by the church
