    Great Video Syzmon, Is there a way to remove the tag to emails that are replied to in a chain?

      No it is not possible :/
      Alternative is native extrenal callout office365atwork.com/exchange/external-email-warning-examples-exchange-online/#comment-1908 but this solution could be easily missed by the user.

    Thanks Sir. Very informative video. By the way what to do if the email is from someone they know or their client?

      In the next video I will share how to whitelist a domain as possible exceptions to some rules, but ..... in the end I would recommend to left the warning without exceptions.

      It doesn't matter if you know them, they're still external to your Org.

      Check the email if this is not phishing. If email address is right maybe setup of the rule ie invalid?

    I am hearing the biggest complaint is the preview message gets messed up with the disclaimer.

      This is really valuable feedback 👍 I did shown 3 possible option to give the possibility to select option that will work for your business users without a lot of complains. The simplest solution [EXTERNAL] in the title could be recognize by business very well and do not crash preview of the message.

    How can you show the actual real senders email address?

    • @szymonbochniak
      @szymonbochniak  2 года назад

      I believe this is not that easy to do 😕 Especially when you will start to analyze what "real sender email address" could mean.
