Looked at your video and decided to try it. Didn't hold on to it for even 5 minutes because it lacks the simple function of collapsing emails - by sender, etc. What a laugh! Back to my happy older version for now
You can copy them as by default the attachments are saved into EmailAttachments in your OneDrive automatically, and when you try to send another email, it will suggest the latest attachments for you
The reason new Outlook looks EXACTLY the same as Outlook web version and can't open PST files, or copy/paste attachments between emails is because new Outlook IS SIMPLY Outlook Web version in a desktop wrapper. Like you can present web pages as apps in Chrome/Edge browser. It will be fine for 80% of users and a huge step over the Windows Mail app but no way is it a replacement for the fully featured Outlook Desktop version.
The worst thing is that the calendar doesn't have the address book feature. It has an "add from directory" option, but that doesn't include all of the contacts. I liked it when you could open up your address book to find the calendar you were trying to add.
I believe the new version is a complete dumbing down of what is a swiss army knife of an email client. No In-cell editing, no custom fields and not way to use visual basic on complex tasks. I like the new features, but Delay Send is already a feature.
The first thing I criticize in the new outlook is the fact that I can't tell what I'm running. Am I running the web version? Am I running the desktop version and the reason why that's important is if you're trying to do helpdesk with somebody you have to go through a bunch of aggravation to try to figure out what they're actually using. Why didn't they just name it outlook desktop, also the second thing I noticed was that your PST's also vanished. for some of us that's a relatively important historical artifact when you're talking about decades perhaps of emails being unable to be accessed. While I certainly look forward to a more robust and less crashing product, I think this is way too early in the launch to recommend this product to any of my clients, there seems to be a lot of work to be done. I rate this product three stars out of five at this point and I think I'm being generous.
What I really need is a great view into the RULES I have set. Missing and the deal breaker for me is the AutoCorrect feature. We have so many long proper names it really helps to create autocorrect shortcuts.
Thank you for your video. I tried a demo version of the new outlook a while ago now but was put off by the absence of the quick access toolbar. i use categories extensively and often need to assign a few categories to an email simultaneously. Therefore i have a button "All Categories" on my quick access toolbar to help me do it quickly. Also I've got the button "Collapse All Groups" which i find very useful. Have Microsoft made quick access toolbar available in the "New" New Outlook?
Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, the new Outlook is of no use for those who have to actually work with Outlook. The tasks functionalities (to do) are minimal compared to the original outlook tasks. Also, it mixes up the old folders with the categories, which creates a big chaos. Most of the new features are just play stuff.
I like a lot of the new features in the new Microsoft, but it's still missing some important things for me. The most notable thing that I can't live without is a persistent notification that I have a new email. The old Outlook left an icon in the task tray so that I could come back to my desk after walking away for a bit and see that I have new email without having to open Outlook specifically to look at it. Now though you can't tell that there's a new email unless you open Outlook to see.
Hi Bret 15 years ago, our management organized a work-life balance workshop. The objective was to identify how to reduce stress and give more "life" to people when they are at work. One of the key point I'm still using today is "get rid of the notifications". Being notified of a new email takes you out of the current task you are doing. The suggested way of working was to remove any outlook notifications (even keep outlook closed if you will) and just scan your inbox from time to time, when more important tasks are completed. Humans are not so good at multitasking. (This WoW supposes that mail is used to send information and request, not as real-time chat system, as it often happens)
@Jonathan Edwards - The new Outlook features are very helpful, lots to learn, however, the search function is missing. In the old version, I could sort by name and press "m" for example and it would take me to the names beginning with M. In this version you have to be specific in your search for it to work. This also applies to sorting by subject, it did not work, unless you have a tutorial on this to share
This is the precise and the most used feature due to which I am back to old Outlook. How can they not keep the old search, sort functionality.. Such a pain
You can add teams messages to planner as a task. You can send outlook emails to teams. Is there ever going to be a way to have an outlook email be added as a planner task? They have the connection for OneNote as well. Will there ever be the same connection for sending to loop?
I hate it and reverted back to the "old" one as there are too many missing features that I constantly use: Search folders, Conditional Formatting and most importantly being able to use email templates (OFT). I also find extremely annoying, the checkboxes appearing when selecting more than one email.
Love your tips and would really like to use the new version, however, I upload emails from an external back system, but they won’t open in the new version, any ideas on this?
Do you know where the Quick Access Toolbar is in the new Outlook? I have done a lot of customizations in the old Outlook but they're no longer there, even though I told it to get my settings from there. But I cannot redo these customizations manually as I cannot seem to find the Quick Access Toolbar anymore. Thanks, Charles
Great video. Using it a while and looks interesting. My Major drawback is that Rules are still in dev-mode. REALLY lackning possibly to defer emails with x minutes when sending them. A lifesaver.
Unfortunately, the ribbon customisation is too weak for me. Having the ability to reorganise tabs and groups and buttons as I want is a mandatory feature on my Outlook right now.
Good tips. On the Outlook 365 online version- how do I Refresh or Send/Receive? Other then my browser refresh- is there a way to do it inside the program?
I’m a huge fan of the calendar features. I have multiple calendars, which the old app limits to 4. The new one is so much better. The features that are lacking are more with shared mailboxes. I hate how shared mailboxes are handled.
One of the main issues with the new outlook for myself is that you cannot move an email from inside the email. You have to close the email and then you can move it from your inbox. An extra click on every email.
I switched to the new edition and I really like the new look and feel. I'm also missing a lot of features (e.g. automatic formatting for calendar events). But, what we all should not forget, this is about stability! I had so much trouble in my life with outlook (e.g. not able to receive or send emails, so I needed to create a new profile) and this seems to be the solution. Old outlook was just so badly programmed after all the years of patching around. Hopefully we see the old features coming...
Hi I do not work (retired), the main feature I use in Classic outlook is the Calendar for all my daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly appointments (I cannot function without my calendar - So teams, emails etc. are not important. But I use emails sometimes as well as Gmail. I did switch to the new outlook, but I did not like it - so many features of the calendar are missing. I switched back to the classic outlook. My question is when I am forced to use the new outlook, are all my appointments / reminders will transfer over, also the customized quick access bar exists?? Currently my outlook (MS office 365) is linked to iCloud for windows, So I have access to my calendar on my iPhone, my laptop and Desktop which helps me to add or update any appointment in any of the 3 that I use at home or if I am out and add new appointment on my iPhone - would this feature will exist ?
I wish they would make a filter box above the folder list ... For those that have a tonne of folders and in branches too... A simple filter would be great to get straight to that folder (ie like a named client folder)
In the old version you could create a rule that would alert you to all emails you designated in a notification list. Microsoft in all their infinite wisdom eliminated that option in the new version. So now in all the rules I created that included the notification option the email just silent buries itself in a designated folder. I've missed so many emails that my boss now prints them out and leaves them on my desk when he wants something. For the life of me I can't understand what goes through these developers minds. It's so frustrating.
I gave up on Outlook 365 NEW. It is waaay too different from my work's version of Outlook. I could not find certain features in the New version and it was just too cumbersome to find other features. A poor piece of software.
I am finding a really hard time printing out of the new Outlook. It defaults to a light gray default and no matter what I change my settings to on my printer, it doesn't update. If I write an email OUT then it prints in black but anything IN is gray. Then it no longer prints page numbers which is challenging as I usually print a few email chains at once and have to go and peck through them now. Any suggestions?
I loved the integration with ToDo, however I couldn't change configuration to see the total number of emails in the folder instead of the unread ones. I didn't find how to add the option of send a reminder of follow up when I send an email. I couldn't customize the size of the ribbon, so my quick steps are not at one click available. Finally, all my rules colapsed and it was a pain when I came back to the old Outlook
I tried using it for a while. My job needs me to upload the emails to our ERP. This new outlook doesn't let you copy your mail to your desktop. Hence reverted. Else, it was a good update.
I appreciate the integration with to-do and calendar. I loved dragging and dropping my to-dos onto the calendar in the web version. Also love the new category feature which was always there in the web version. I wish they could bring the drag drop feature of to-do with calendar to the mobile version as well
I liked it a lot, good guide. Is it possible to unify different inboxes? In one list like in Apple Mail? Without having to click on each individual e-mail account? I use both platforms at work, outlook is way more productive but I can't dial this function I had that on my old Windows mail before switching.
I won't use it till forced to. It's missing 2 important (for me) features. No Notes and you cannot customise the Quick Access toolbar. I use the QAT a lot throughout Microsoft Office and you cannot do this on the online versions - a real pity.
I really wish Microsoft would offer what I call an "Internal Blind Copy" feature. This would allow everyone getting an Internal Blind Copy to see who else got one, such as people in your office--that way you'd know that Sally and Jim in Accounting got copied so you (in Marketing) wouldn't have to ensure they got the info by sending them a duplicate email. I figure as soon as I retire, Microsoft will make this available.
Great video! I'm primarily an Outlook for Mac user. I love it, but you've given me some great ideas for using Outlook for Mac on my Windows machines and in the WebApp. It's a hybrid world these days!
As a user of the web browser version of O365 Outlook, this new version of the desktop Outlook app is exactly the same, the web version stuck into a skinless Chrome window. The skin/theme from my web Outlook even came across. As lazy as it seems on MS behalf, I like having the UI consistency between the two.
I had to switch back because new outlook does not make it possible to send over emails to onenote, something that has become essential in my workflow. Perhaps I can find a workaround for this, because new outlook definitely has features I like, but it does not feel complete yet. It really feels like the web version of an app, and I don’t mean that in a good way. It definitely feels slower too, even though I can not say for sure, but it was the feeling I got. It was frustrating to use.
The main things I struggle with is I have custom editable fields and custom views. Some of these new features are neat, but I wish they had included the old features before rolling it out. To me it seems like I either use the new feature, (which at some point, we will probably all be forced to do) or maintain our old features that allow us much more customizations on how to look at our data.
Many thanks for this. I am currently using old outlook in the personal version of 365 - are the features you describe on the personal version as well as the business version? I've got the switch in the top right hand corner to change if I want to. If I don't switch at the moment, will it automatically convert to new outlook in due course?
Great video as always. Only slight issue I have is with the snooze feature with my work outlook (365 for enterprise I believe it's called). When I snooze a email and then find it in snoozed email folder, there is no option showing to unsnooze it. And if I move email back into inbox it doesn't let me open it?
It'd sure be nicer if you had a calendar pane at the right, so you could se your appointments for the day without having to toggle back and forth between the mailbox and the calendar. That seems like really basic functionality.
Unless they are going to bring all of the traditional desktop features to the (essentially) PWA "New" Outlook, most people are going to stick to the classic version. Especially in corporate settings where NOBODY wants to lose precious time learning a whole new interface for no actually good reason besides, "Uh, it's new, eh?"
Love it some things I didn’t realise 👍 I keep reverting back because I noticed reminders or future date events I had added did not seem to show on new version from my legacy version ??? But I think I will revert to new and manually add these to ensure they are showing
Hi Johnathan- great tips video, thank you! I can't seem to find any content answering once and for all as to where to quick buttons for "clean up folder" went- do you happen to know? I used to change my folders view to "Subject" and manually delete the duplicates that didn't have attachments but found out that w/one button, the system would do this for me (this worked exceptional for my inbox). I cannot find this feature in the new outlook-- does it exist?
In older iterations of the schedule send feature, the computer had to be up and running and Outlook had to be open and connected for it to work, essentially making it a client-side feature. Is this the case with the new one? Or did they make it server-side so that I can be doing emails, schedule them to send in the morning, and then pack up my laptop or be doing it from a browser and then let that computer go to sleep and still trust that my emails will send?
Good video, thanks. Last time I tried it, it didnt support local PST files. I have some old PST files that I still need to access. Does anyone know if this has changed ?
Great video and you have explained the new features very well. I have to say that for me, and my use, it brings nothing of benefit. What would have been a major addition would have finally got the web app and 365 to work together. Such an obvious feature but Microsoft still seems to believe that having two versions that don't talk to each other is the way to go.
Heyy !, So i actually wanted some help with the new outlook which is recently launched. Now in the old or the regular outlook whenever we had any emails with attachments, double clicking on them could open the attachments in your desktop ms office word or excel or ppt. But with this new Outlook, it only allows you to save the document first and then open in the desktop apps. If not saved it redirects to onedrive and then opens the document in a browser. This issue has been there since the start. Now i have a MS 365 subscription in my MS Office and i use multiple accounts but since i have a 365 subscription i should be able to open the attachments in desktop apps, but there is an issue where if i open any attachment from my licensed account it allows me, but in the same outlook if i go to another account (you can add multiple accounts but can have same license) it doesnt open in the desktop apps. I am attaching a few screenshots which might help you out understand the problem. So i want to know if there is an option to open all attachments in desktop apps as the old outlook used to, or anyway to activate the non license account
Subscribed not because of the content but because it has hard to find tech bros out here focusing on content rather than blowing the videos with all sorts of gimmicks to get attention.
Hi, Thanks for this video. I liked the "pin" feature, i find it useful and surely i'd use it when i definitively switch to the new version. I tried it once and immediately rolled back as the main feature i use disappeared... : Conditional formatting. An email doesn't have the same importance to me whether I'm the only one y the To-list or if I'm bCC'ed so i color the emails summary accordingly using conditional formatting in the view menu. Does this still exist and missed it? The other features, i believed they already exist in the desktop version, maybe not so straight forward. For instance you can create a "search folder" filtering for a supervisor category and pin it to favorites, this will do the same as the ⭐ in front of the category list you showed.
thanks a lot :-) I miss the colapse and expand for categories but the fav. works good as well but I have to get used to it ;-) great voice and presentation
I hadn't noticed the "try" switch. I thought I would take a look. Outlook would not open in the "new" look, failing after I submitted my password. Finally, after failing to open three or four times, Outlook finally opened in the "old" view. I thought I was never going to be able to use Outlook again as I could not undo the try switch!
It should also be pointed out that transferring emails to a to-do list only works if its a Microsoft email account, it doesn't work for Gmail - seems to be a very crippled app at the moment
One thing I don't understand about the new version, the shortcuts to other apps on the left hand side open to web versions of the app, not the local desktop versions (ie Onenote) - in the "Old" Outlook they opened the desktop versions. As someone who uses Onenote all the time I'm unable to add a shortcut, it's under the "more shortcuts" - Not too keen on this new version, as you mention they seem to be pushing towards all web apps
Hi @Jonathan Edwards. I love your videos thank you. How can I see tasks created and assigned to me, by users using the previous version of Outlook ( not the new)?
Hello, thanks. Is there any way we can track and open the latest outlook conversation from excel, using some sort of specific ID feature of that outlook email? I try to create a tracking system within excel
Hi Jonathan I am using the new outlook 365 app , I am missing the favourites folder from the folder pane even though the folder pane on the view tab has the show favourites ticked , how do I correct the issue please? Outlook live online has the favourite folder showing with all my categories listed.
I would like to use the new Outlook, but I am stuck in the old because of one issue. If you know what to do about it, I would be grateful. Basically, when I switch to the new Outlook, two out of the three email accounts I was able to access now get a message telling me that the organizations policies prevent me from accessing their mail servers. It says I have to contact them to have the access fixed. So what would they have to do to turn on email access from their end. I can get email from those same organizations with the old Outlook, but not with the new. Either Outlook has to change, or the email servers have to change.
I miss the Outlook versions from 2003, 2007, and 2010. They were more readable with their 3D-style buttons. The newer Outlook interface has been flattened to a 2D design, likely to resemble a web interface and align with the Metro look from Windows 8....
Great videoJon!! Looking to trying out a few of them. Just one thing. After scheduling an email, what if you want to make a change? Where does it live temporarily?
I like the new outlook but one thing that is annoying me is when I want to search my email from a certain person, on the new version when I sort by 'from' it defaults to alphabetical order even if I have an email open from the person I want to search. In the old version if you wanted to search all the emails from Suzie you picked one from her and sorted by from and all Suzie's emails were lined up for you. No bueno on this new version.
Please help me currently im using new versions of outlook my problems my background and Highlights pointer is like same color so it difficult to recognise which email i reading.
Major drawback in my case is the lack of support for the non-Exchange (e.g. IMAP) accounts. Seems that the new Outlook is very much in a very early stage of development. Nice video though! Thanks for your good work.
Hi, I am trying to use the New Outlook but because I have a lot of shared email folders its not as easy as the old version where I can add them to Favourites, is there anything I can do in the new outlook to help me? thanks
How do I see which account I am logged into? Looks like I don't have all the features you mentioned. In settings>>accounts, the only options I have is email accounts and signatures, the other four options aren't showing on mine. My ribbon doesn't have all the same options. The "send" button doesn't give me the option to schedule and my "My Day" does not show the "to do", it only shows the calendar. Is there some place I need to turn that on to access it? THanks for this video!! It was very helpful!
Looks good. Have you had any issues with add ins not being compatible/not working with the new Outlook? I tried the Salesforce add in and it doesn't show in the ribbon like in the classic Outlook 😢
I like to stay organized in Outlook and was wondering how is your inbox empty? Are you archiving emails as you read them? Or are you filtering by unread? Just looking for some insight so I can be better organized. I like the idea of just emails that have recently gone to my inbox showing. Similar to how an actual physical mailbox works!
Wish someone would have mentioned that there’s no offline mode. Probably the most important change and all of these RUclips fanboys say nothing about it.
You can not directly share excel file via new version of Outlook. Moved back to older version.. it says that this feature is yet not available to new version
Might be a stupid question here but how do I delete multiple emails without going through each individual email? I thought I could just one press and highlight a bunch at one time and delete..but I have to click each little circle on each email and is there a place I can click on a specific email sender and block those while also deleting all emails from that email?
Unfortunately, I am disappointed that there is no option to insert html code. I created my own email signature and I can't use it in Outlook. It's not a problem in other email clients...
Looked at your video and decided to try it. Didn't hold on to it for even 5 minutes because it lacks the simple function of collapsing emails - by sender, etc. What a laugh! Back to my happy older version for now
Funny, this feature seems to work for me
I ended up switching back as it doesn't let you make the preview pane to the size you want as in the old outlook. On a small screen laptop it's a pain
They got this one fixed btw.
the fact that you can't copy attachments from one email to another ( instead you need to save it in your computer) is the biggest drawback
Forget all this, if you don't have internet connection, you can get to your emails. How lame is that??????????
You can copy them as by default the attachments are saved into EmailAttachments in your OneDrive automatically, and when you try to send another email, it will suggest the latest attachments for you

I completely agree with you but this BS is the future way that microsoft is seeking for.

*It's Windows Mail.*
The dragging emails in Calendar and To-Do is also possible in the old version. Nothing new. And the old Outlook can be integrated with To-Do as well.
It’s certainly nowhere near as good
What I really need is a great view into the RULES I have set. Missing and the deal breaker for me is the AutoCorrect feature. We have so many long proper names it really helps to create autocorrect shortcuts.

Remember the new coke disaster in the 1980’s? Maybe this is the same!

Props for touching one of the most hated updates from MS in 2024 Jonathan! It's not for everyone, but the video is great!
I wish they could bring the drag drop feature of to-do with calendar to the mobile version as well
Agreed, integration with ToDo is great
They’re about to do a mix of with the to do and planner stuff also
Integration is a funny word for loading a new web page.
I liked it a lot, good guide. Is it possible to unify different inboxes? In one list like in Apple Mail? Without having to click on each individual e-mail account? I use both platforms at work, outlook is way more productive but I can't dial this function I had that on my old Windows mail before switching.
I found my Quick Steps did not transfer over. You can no longer set icons for Quick Steps and some features are missing.
Great content. Very Helpful, Thank you. Can you please make a video about the JOURNAL function in OUTLOOK 365 ?
Great video! I'm primarily an Outlook for Mac user. I love it, but you've given me some great ideas for using Outlook for Mac on my Windows machines and in the WebApp. It's a hybrid world these days!
Love it, thanks
As a user of the web browser version of O365 Outlook, this new version of the desktop Outlook app is exactly the same, the web version stuck into a skinless Chrome window. The skin/theme from my web Outlook even came across.
As lazy as it seems on MS behalf, I like having the UI consistency between the two.
Yes, I agree
I just want the New outlook to support all the features that Classic outlook has.
Mmm, that is strange
It'd sure be nicer if you had a calendar pane at the right, so you could se your appointments for the day without having to toggle back and forth between the mailbox and the calendar. That seems like really basic functionality.
You can do that by toggling between tasks and calendar in the pane
@@ninibridges Tell me you didn't bother to read the comment without telling me you didn't bother to read the comment.
Great idea Carl
Server side!
Good video, thanks. Last time I tried it, it didnt support local PST files. I have some old PST files that I still need to access. Does anyone know if this has changed ?
No, still the same. No PST support
Great video - very helpful. How do you get new Outlook to open to calendar and not emails as a default
Great video! I didn't see the send/receive button and the two-pane view.
Me either
Found the shared mailbox you need to add in folders, then it appears. Archive there as well they appear as folders not mailboxes now
I was unable to copy and paste my signature into the New Outlook. The text shows up when I paste, but the image files do not show up.
Heyy !,
So i actually wanted some help with the new outlook which is recently launched.
Cheers 🤜
Does new outlook have a feature of creating from email a task for specific person? Now it is not a one click action.
Any ideas of how I move the apps bar in new outlook?? I want it at the bottom again like “old outlook”
Switched back. It doesnt bring across the shared mailboxes from exchange which are already in the older version..
Hi,
Thanks for this video.
Hopefully the features you like will return
Great video and clear simple instructions
thanks a lot :-) I miss the colapse and expand for categories but the fav. works good as well but I have to get used to it ;-) great voice and presentation
How do I copy multiple attachment files and paste them to a local folder on my PC or to another email ? In the old Outlook you could do that
One thing I don't understand about the new version, the shortcuts to other apps on the left hand side open to web versions of the app, not the local desktop versions (ie Onenote) - in the "Old" Outlook they opened the desktop versions. As someone who uses Onenote all the time I'm unable to add a shortcut, it's under the "more shortcuts" - Not too keen on this new version, as you mention they seem to be pushing towards all web apps
Thank you so much. This is very helpful.
Hi @Jonathan Edwards. I love your videos thank you. How can I see tasks created and assigned to me, by users using the previous version of Outlook ( not the new)?
Yes by other users. They could be using old or new version
@@bearded365guy I'm using the new version but can't find the task assigned to me from users using the old version. Can you help?
Hello, thanks. Is there any way we can track and open the latest outlook conversation from excel, using some sort of specific ID feature of that outlook email? I try to create a tracking system within excel
You can toggle this in settings, although can’t remember what it’s called
Nice selection of tips Jonathan. Thanks.
Hi Jonathan I am using the new outlook 365 app , I am missing the favourites folder from the folder pane even though the folder pane on the view tab has the show favourites ticked , how do I correct the issue please? Outlook live online has the favourite folder showing with all my categories listed.
Do we have to keep the computer on if we have set schedule email?
No
I would like to use the new Outlook, but I am stuck in the old because of one issue.
Thanks - just to mention - the Schedule email feature has been there for many years.
Yes it has. But it was more cumbersome previously
basically identical to the web version, but It lacks so many features.
Do you support Newcastle United?
@@bearded365guyI do 😊 haha ⬛️⬜️⬛️⬜️
I’m a season ticket holder
@@bearded365guy ah no way that’s awesome and lucky 😂😎 up the mags! Just for that you got a subscribe :) haha!
In the scheduled folder!
@@bearded365guy well done Microsoft
I like the new outlook but one thing that is annoying me is when I want to search my email from a certain person, on the new version when I sort by 'from' it defaults to alphabetical order even if I have an email open from the person I want to search. In the old version if you wanted to search all the emails from Suzie you picked one from her and sorted by from and all Suzie's emails were lined up for you. No bueno on this new version.
Please help me currently im using new versions of outlook my problems my background and Highlights pointer is like same color so it difficult to recognise which email i reading.
How to customize the ribbons for new message in the last version of outlook?
Major drawback in my case is the lack of support for the non-Exchange (e.g. IMAP) accounts. Seems that the new Outlook is very much in a very early stage of development. Nice video though! Thanks for your good work.
I agree.
Hi, I am trying to use the New Outlook but because I have a lot of shared email folders its not as easy as the old version where I can add them to Favourites, is there anything I can do in the new outlook to help me? thanks
Any idea how to activate ALT+ a key to access the Ribbon shortcuts? I have a bunch of macros that are currently useless.
I like how the Sweep function has finally been brought to the new Outlook, however I do not like the fact that it does not support PST files.
Fair comments
Agree not supporting those files is a headache
How do I see which account I am logged into? Looks like I don't have all the features you mentioned. In settings>>accounts, the only options I have is email accounts and signatures, the other four options aren't showing on mine. My ribbon doesn't have all the same options. The "send" button doesn't give me the option to schedule and my "My Day" does not show the "to do", it only shows the calendar. Is there some place I need to turn that on to access it? THanks for this video!! It was very helpful!
What is the benefit of snooze over adding as a task in the calendar?
Snooze takes the email from your inbox. Adding to calendar/ToDo is also effective

Great tips.
Thanks.
Wish someone would have mentioned that there’s no offline mode. Probably the most important change and all of these RUclips fanboys say nothing about it.
New Outlook is just awful. Went back to the old one within in an hour
Lots of people say the same thing
It's an epic fail. No task management, no drag and drop, no integration with One note. Totally useless.
You can not directly share excel file via new version of Outlook. Moved back to older version.. it says that this feature is yet not available to new version
Agree , color theme is real awful,
Might be a stupid question here but how do I delete multiple emails without going through each individual email? I thought I could just one press and highlight a bunch at one time and delete..but I have to click each little circle on each email and is there a place I can click on a specific email sender and block those while also deleting all emails from that email?
Unfortunately, I am disappointed that there is no option to insert html code. I created my own email signature and I can't use it in Outlook. It's not a problem in other email clients...
