Extreme Pet Urine Carpet Cleaning ASMR

  • Extremely soiled and heavy pet urine throughout about 80% of this job. You will not believe the outcome of this job until you see it for yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed this one to the fullest. I used a heavy mix of unchained which you'll see me apply in one of the rooms. After dwell time and also used an enzyme cleaning boosted with pure o2 to help cut through not only the dirt, but to help give it that extra bump in power for the urine stains.

    As an apartment manager of over 100 homes, I would absolutely never attempt to clean this. It would be replaced because I'd be afraid the pad and possibly subfloors would be soaked, and shampooing would bring the smells back up. I can understand the bank wanting to save money, and I'm sure the new owners will likely replace the carpet. But you did an INCREDIBLE job. Looks great!

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  11 месяцев назад +7

      You're not wrong, but chemistry plays a big part in it. If they have moisture barrier padding underneath the carpet and no stains against the baseboard areas, there is a higher chance it can be salvaged if the carpet isn't worn out. This job, however. That is what I explained. Replace it, but it doesn't make since to when selling the house.

      @@blackdiamondcleaningservices totally, there is zero scenario buying brand new carpet will increase the selling price beyond what the carpet cost to install. This is just to get the house good enough to show. 90% chance the next folks will put in LVP anyways, 10% chance they will want a different carpet. I don't know why the algorithm is sending me carpet cleaning videos, but nice job!

    This I find to be the most useful way to run a carpet cleaning business. This is due to that this shows how to get rid of the dirt not only from the vacuum cleaner, but also from the CRB and what gets sucked out through the extractor. Dumping the dirty water onto the grass is good since it sinks into the ground and the fine particles in the water becomes compost.

    Why do you have screaming jets on your wand? Just wondering

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  4 месяца назад

      These are normal jets for this type of wand. It may be different if you're listening to a wand with only two or one jet. There's different flow rates for jets. This means how much liquid can come out at once. The most common are 4 flow and 8 flow. This wand has 8 flow, so it allows twice as much as a wand with only 4 flow. Which may be a part of the reason it sounds louder. Hope this helps.

    I’m not a carpet cleaner, so this question may be stupid. What type of equipment do you have in your truck to suck all of that extremely dirty liquid out of the carpet, through what is likely a long hose, all the way to some sort of tank?

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  4 месяца назад

      The machine used at this house is a Truckmount forums Profire made by Steamaction. It has a fresh water tank and a dirty water tank on it. The hoses run to the vacuum ports that pull everything into the dirty tank. That's a basic run down of it. Feel free to ask any questions. I'll do my best to answer when possible.

      Unchained for all the pet stains. Biopro10k and pure o2 after a fair amount of dwell time. Rinsed with an acid rinse.

    What chemicals were used to get odor out

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  Год назад +1

      We used Unchained to pretreat all areas first. About 30 minutes dwell time and then treated with enzyme based cleaner with an organic stain and odor remover and rinsed it all out with ultimate all fiber.

      @@blackdiamondcleaningservices my kids like to pee on carpet and has pad then concrete what's best way to get it out with regular shampooer?

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  Год назад +1

      Extract it first. If you can get to it right away. Then flush it with clean water. Do multiple dry passes over it until you don't get anything else coming out. If it has had time to dry, then it is no longer an acid and becomes an alkaline salt, so you'll need stronger chemistry at that point, which may be above your standard over the counter cleaners. If there is a local business you like, I'd suggest having them do a sun-surface tool extraction on it if it's bad. That helps a lot.

      I don't know the exact numbers. It was a lot of carpet, but if I had to guess, it was around $850-900.

      Not needed when you're cleaning your way out of the house. If you're walking back through, then yes. Its a matter of preference of course.

    Years ago, I was all but bedridden and my friend would come over and use my shampoo machine on this 1 little (3ftX3ft) area ALL the animals hated- we had OVER a dozen teens/to toddlers and our carpet was this shade of the "new" shag.....she would work SO hard snd get it clean. A week later - dark, smelly and gross color again! I sent one of my besties from Middle School that owned his own business doing this why. He said : ask her to do it ONE MORE TIME and after its all clean, have her run again with ONLY hot water - home machines are ok but they do crap job getting all the soap up! Have her do ONLY Hot water till it runs clean without any soap.......... never had that same problem again

    • @blackdiamondcleaningservices
      @blackdiamondcleaningservices  5 месяцев назад

      It changes depending upon the needs of the carpet. Generally by the sqft, but to give an average price range. Our normal cleaning method would be around $85 per 130-150 sqft. Pet treatments are additional.
