Heavily soiled massage Room Carpet Cleaning
This commercial carpet was heavily soiled and in need of some love. I heavily rinsed this with a 10ph no foaming rinsing agent due to the soil load and some stains present. Whenever we do high trafficked commercial carpet. We always go with formula 99 to rinse to give us the extra punch in cleaning power.
Watch as I rip through the dirt that's built up over the years and get these carpet tiles looking the best they have been for a long time. Hopefully, we can get them on more of a yearly rotation to help keep their floors looking great.

There are a lot of Carpet Cleaning Companies on RUclips but I have never seen results like yours. This video the carpet was hurrendous with Pet stains and looked like it was a new fitted carpet after you had extracted the pre-spray and dirt 👌
Who in the heck can look at that dirty ass carpet while getting a relaxing massage? They should have booked u a long time ago.

bigger brush and smaller diameter hoses zip tied together would significantly shorten the scrubbing time. also, hotter steam would further speed up the process. stronger suction also saves on time. as well as the pre soaking stains in high traffic areas with a soapy brush.
On realy bad ones like that I just rotovac it with a good rinse. One step, easier on the body. Comes out the same.
Unfortunately, that wouldn't have been enough here. Pet stains needed to be treated first. Otherwise, I would have used formula 99 to rinse this out after I pre-treated it with frog nasty.

Great job, I use the brown brushes on the CBR, firmer and does a really good job as well. Blue brushes are softer but safer around lose cords. I’ve caught a few in my days, scary stuff, lol.

It minimizes how much stuff gets into the blower and waste tank. It also makes cleaning that basket easier. They are 5 gallon paint strainer bags.
You recommended the unchained product “for mold and mildew” but when I look on tmf website it says unchained is for urine and pet odor- do you still recommend unchained for the mold and mildew or a different product specifically for mold and mildew? It’s for an RV roof lining over the over cab bed - thank you
There are products that are probably better suited for the job than unchained, but I walked into this job unaware of it and tested it with unchained due to the higher content of hydrogen peroxide. It worked in this case, but regular HP may do just fine. Always pretest to be sure.
