This grout and tile was fairly soiled and needed a good cleaning. The rust stain was a lottle stubborn until I hit it with our rust remover spotting agent and agitated it. it almost completely disappeared right off the tile. This job was completed out with groutmaster alkaline prespray and about 10 minutes of dwell time. I ran about 1100 psi and hit water extracted it as you see in the video. W...

Fairly heavy pet stains around a sofa and along some baseboards. Just a suggestion, if you wet the rug with a hose you wouldn't have to dump so many buckets of cleaner on it
This is actually how I was taught by my instructors when I took classes. You need to cover the whole rug with the product. Wetting out the rug does help, but it also depends on the rugs needs.
hey nolan, hope your all well . quick ? if you put completed wet rug rolled up in a plastic bag , then attached suction hose and had it tightly sealed , turned on suction line, couldyou draw out more water since it would create a vacuum??? let me know what you think ??? thanks
Hi. Yes, that could increase the vacuum pull overall. This is ultimately why I'd like to have a centrifuge. Big machine that you put the rugs in and in a matter of 3-5 minutes it'll draw out roughly 90+% of the moisture.

Ppl commenting abt removing the carpet, need to learn to read. The owners of the house want it cleaned enough to sell. The cleaner suggested to replace the carpet. But owners are not willing to make that cost. Owners just want it clean enough. If the owners inform the new buyers, they can possible replace it
Give it a week and all the dark stains will come back. Urine and spills get absorbed by the pad and also stains under padding. Need replacement. No exceptions

Yes. It's best to keep it away from the gutter. If you can't do that. Most homes around here now have drain pipes, or we have one at our shop if we are able to wait.

Wow great job… can you share what product you use to remove the stains?
It's called Pig out from Truckmount forums, but you have to be able to rinse it out, and you can't use too much or your cause damage to certain things. If you're a cleaner, then you know what I mean. If not. I wouldn't recommend trying to use it.

was this done using only hot steam and retraction? or did you use any pre-spray solutions ?
Pre-sprayed using Green Label and citrusolv boosted at around 5 ounces to the gallon. Extracted with Formula 99.
Yah…I’d be ripping up the carpet and putting down hardwood, laminate, something along those lines. That stuf is still in the underlay underlay the carpet. You don’t get that out.

When it comes to pet mess, I'd just pull the carpet up, but the video is enjoyable to watch nonetheless. I wonder if you could get soda stains out of a carpet, coca-cola and Irn-bru (sunset yellow, or E110) Got a good carpet in a bedroom that if I could get those stains out of would be worth keeping, but what I've tried hasn't worked.

A lot of carpet cleaners whizz over even with good chemistry/tools they just go way too fast or focus on making lines more than getting the dirt out, like they’re allergic to a second pass 😅 this company is amazing best technique lol I watch all your videos and instagram reels
Main issue I've noticed with rotary extractors is that they have a tendency to overwet. Which is not great if the room has alot of urine or spills which can just wick back. I like them most for heavily soiled traffic lanes.

What if this was viewed in a way where you examine which parts of your business practices create the best customer service experience, or at least what particular practice about your business creates the biggest chunk of the customer service experience pie? Is it the end result of your work, the website, the automated services, the in-person interaction, the speed, the ease of understanding the price breakdown, etc.?
All of the things you listed are important. Systems implemented can make you stand out because they can make it easier for the client, which would get lumped into the customer service part. Thank you for sharing.
