Heavily soiled Grout and Tile cleaning and Rust removal

This grout and tile was fairly soiled and needed a good cleaning. The rust stain was a lottle stubborn until I hit it with our rust remover spotting agent and agitated it. it almost completely disappeared right off the tile.
This job was completed out with groutmaster alkaline prespray and about 10 minutes of dwell time. I ran about 1100 psi and hit water extracted it as you see in the video. We rarely ever have to do an acid wash, but the kitchen needed extra attention, so I ended up doing that, which is why I tried it on the rust stain before the spotter.

The tile wand is the turbo hybrid TH-40. I have two different vans and machines. The one I used here is a Profire built by Steamaction, and the other one is an Everest 650. The steamaction machine is superior as far as how easy it is to work on and overall suction power. I also utilize a counter rotating brush machine on the tile jobs that need it.
