The GT i-Drive is probably my favourite bike of all time. That flying seat mast design is amazing. Nice job resurecting this frame- looking forward to seeing the build.
@@chuckdavis572 I broke one. The seat tube broke just above the bottom bracket. GT replaced the frame for free. Amazing that you broke 15 of them and kept buying them…
How did you get the swingarm off? I just bought an iDrive tonight, and after taking the bolt out, the swingarm doesn't come out, it seems like there is a tube that is pressed in that would have to be pushed out somehow. But it's so thin, I don't know how that would happen. Also mine has a lot of play in it, like there should be some sort of washers between the swingarm and the frame that are gone or worn out.

I broke 15 idrives and they all broke at the seat mast..

I have a I drive 1.0 with the same problem, cracked above the BB. Is there any way to fix it ?
@@liamcarey335 I wasnt buying them. I was getting them for free and eventually consulting their R&D team.
