I think there is a way to get to the smaller island on rhea this might be a bit confusing. Spin dash of the giant tower then try to land in a dash ring. This will reset your moves so you can turn around and boost then land in another dash ring and keep doing that until you reach the smaller island

Myth 10 wasn’t showcased in the best way possible because you covered the Speedometer in the shot you told us to look at it. You did show us a bit of it, but I would’ve liked a little more footage of this one. Otherwise, great video! :)
For myth 4 you can make it to the island and it really simple you have to Spindash off the edge of the second tower and hold the boost button right after there’s a video about it on my channel

I think Chaos Island is just a very high mountain in the clouds, which is why sonic will die when he touches the clouds because he's too far up.
You can actually get to that secret part of rhea without glitches its just very difficult since you need good timing to reach it.
I did that once... It took 20 minutes.

Actually, you can kill enemies by rolling in a 2d level by pressing the l-stick down but you can't do that with the spindash roll
