NIce to see Elmyra at least found a new job after finding out she was excluded from the Tiny Toons Looniversity reboot.
Elmyra's sprite was taken from Tiny Toon Adventures: Buster's Hidden Treasure for Sega Genesis, a game that was partially inspired by Super Mario World.

I have never heard of Elmyra before but this rom hack is so impressive.
TL;DR, she the type of kid that overly excited about cute animals, to the point that she would literally HUG THEM TO DEATH without realizing it.
@LSS -mostly music based- She's a character from Tiny Toon Adventures. She's the junior counterpart of Elmer Fudd, though her personality is more like Hugo the Abominable Snowman.

(Screwy) A few issues that people have with Elmyra is how she once successfully captured Fifi La Fume, Tiny Toons' most popular character in "Out of Odor", how Elmyra was frequently given screentime (to the point where two episodes of the series were meant to serve as the backdoor pilot to a spin-off focusing on her and her family), and how she ended up in a short-lived spin-off to Pinky and the Brain that even the writers did not enjoy.
