The end battle with Peach is basically like a Mario bros illustration for kids of the breakdown of marriage, the events leading up to divorce and then the divorce itself- in this case Peach represents the evil narc wife, soon to be ex-wife, attempting to attack Mario in a multitude of ways with various weapons (while sitting in that strange propelled vehicle) representative of the various psychological, passive aggressive as well as straight up directly violent methods of the narcissist 🤷🏻♂️
