70 Hit against the first enemy? You can take the Wendy out of FE6, but you can't take the FE6 out of Wendy.
Take into consideration that weapons in fe7 also have more hit, I'm not sure but they should have on average 10-15 more hit
Oswin being the only thing to compare herself to leaves the bar quite high.
Ah yes, the biggest challenge in any solo challenge - figuring out how to make the force-deployed units not see combat.
Finally, I can tell people Wendy is a good unit
I didn't think Wendy would be weaker than Lyn at the start of the game
Lyn had that weapon triangle crutch though, that just means Wendy don't need no swords
the start is tailor-crafted for lyn; lots of axe users until she gets many kitten then cavalry and armors show up for wreckage

Are you going to start a series where you take all the "bad" units of FE6 and try them out in FE7? Because if so that's cool. I'd also like to see the reverse. Taking units from FE7 and place them in FE6.
FE6 has no lyn mode so this might be impossible for guys like wallace or oswin to do, both of whom cannot wield the binding blade endgame. I can only see the very best fe7 units like canas and raven doing it.
Mekkah did a playthrough with Lyn in FE6 and she was pretty good even with some very bad early levels and using the worst possible version of her base model

This Wendy has the same strength and speed as Pent
now do Lyn mode with micaiah
now now, micaiah is actually pretty okay. not good, no, but decent enough. being a mage in tellius may not be the best thing, but it's workable, and her high magic growth + thani is strong enough to be a decent combat unit, plus on promotion she gains staff utility, which is more than i can say for other bad lords like leif, roy, and lyn, who don't have much utility outside of "i kill thing with sword good"
Excellent video all around, super glad I stumbled on this on my recommended! One small complaint is some of the music being a little bit too loud. Otherwise this was kickass, wendyheads are winning.
As expected the early game was the toughest, since Lyn mode doesn't really expect you to have a unit that levels past 12 or so, but man, that early game was indeed tough. Cool strat.

Taking a Unit and Solo Lyn mode can actually be very entertaining. Its not hard and u got one dummy thicc unit to pick up in Eliwood/Hector Mode. I personally like to do it with Lyn just to ensure she aint brittle af when i get her but Florina, Kent and Sain are all great Units to funnle EXP into during this Prologue
Wendy is bad?? I immediately picked her up when playing the first time and she was one of my favorite units, a General that was almost never hit bc of her speed and luck. *shrug*

I do enjoy everyone calling Wendy bad, thus forgetting she has basically wyvern rider growths. It's just that the two wyverns in FE6 are on crack. Also y'know promotion gains on level with the stat bonuses of FE 5 sage
And y'know, everyone hating armors because muh move.
I honesty think she's over blown on the "worst units front" because she fairly easy to trian abusing triangle attacks and the first giaden. Plus train all 3 armors and you have a triangle attack that could have 27/25 strength behind it! Take that falconknights and your movement!
I'd be worried about a Sophia run. No extra Flux tomes.
This makes me want to see a can marty or shannam can solo lyn mode because marty could actually be impossible and for shannam because lyn with slightly better bases and starts with a silver card but can't crit and is promoted sounds funny.

that's wendy, garbage unit but if you feed her and ignore everyone else she suddenly starts doubling myrmidons after about 17 levels forcefed into her
i feel like you should have delayed Wendy's promotion those 2 levels you missed out on could have bin crucial and be a game changer in the later levels of Lyn mode
Hey i really enjoyed this, but your music was overwhelming your voice a lot, especially near the video end. You might want to balance your audio differently
Also, id love to see wendy in the rest of the game. I think itd be fun to see how it goes.
It's hard to hear the narration over the music at some parts
i like memes. I like the meme where you said she has to manage her own inventory, and then you have her trade off her items to choke point. That was a pretty good meme.
