RECIPE:
Ingredients:
Red onion
Garlic
Beef Biltong
Cheddar cheese
Mushrooms
Apricot chutney
Salt
Pepper
Puff pastry
Put a layer of puff pastry on the folding grid. Add ingredients and put second layer of puff pastry on top and seal sides with egg wash. Brush the entire Braai pie with egg wash and Braai on medium heat coals until golden brown.

You can see from a mile the dough is totally undercooked. There`s a reason that dough goes in an oven or needs to be covered. That must have tasted like a baby`s vomit.
