I did the temporary download, then after 30 days, saw the window you show, clicked on Free PRIME version, and for a moment, it showed me PRIME, then a license agreement came up that mentions the subscription and other items. I'm not sure if I should click on "I agree" but I'll give it a go. UPDATE - It worked. PRIME is what installed. Thanks again.

I purchased Studio One Artist before I discovered Prime. I want to use the key I have with Artist to upgrade from Prime but it does not show how to add my key without purchasing it again. What can I do?
hi thanks for the video, but i cant activate the prime version. after hitting the activate button it keeps me a second time to fill in my username and password. Clicking activate again only gets me an popup that says my username or password is wrong. i cant figure out what to do. please can someone help me?

Well, actually some changes occured and now no Prime version can be found...

No, still works if you follow the process in the video.
