Sleep tracking of this RingConn smart ring is really good, I think it is the key feature. The sleep data is pretty accurate.

This smart ring is full of features , and I like the black colour rather than titanium.
And the one best thing that I like in this ring is the smart case actually I like the charging case more than the ring
