I always come up with excuses as to why I can't do it and I always think I have no time, but even waking up a little earlier to do some devotional reading for 15 minutes is enough. I’ve been looking for realistic videos/vlogs of people who manage to have that self discipline and get it done and this video was that. I am trying to be consistent in the gym, with work, my Bible and taking care of my household and this video and you are just so amazing! I appreciate how honest you are and it’s inspiring. I definitely did get a lot from this including motivation and direction. Not every influencer who has that discipline in the gym also has that connection and dedication to god.
