    thanks for sharing your exercise routines. In my opinion, behind the scenes exercises (and drills), is the secret to pro's success! keep them coming.

    What Med Ball were you using (mine don't bounce). In the Rotation Pass exercise (last shown) why not catch ball and rotate 180 degrees and have ball facing back wall at mid-point of exercise then re-rotate 180 degrees to throw the ball to your partner?

      Appears to be 4 LBS - see video at 3:44 mark
