This version of an ending is way more powerful compared to the remake. I don't wanna bash the remake, just because it's in right now to hate on everything that's new, but in this version we saw the bomb literally *obliterate* the city. All the monuments, houses, bridges, cars and surviving civilians... gone. This scene broke my heart as a child
And shows some places that you had been, so much impact in the music as well, i am guessing that they don't wanted to be too explicit like the original, i like this version more too.
I mean the real nuke won't be that shinny and willing to wait to show you places you have been before, in the remake they want to make everything as real as possible. Bad choice i guess, but it is what it is.

+DARK MOON "not an zombie." that's where Resident Evil started too fall and never recovered I have hope for the remake of Resident Evil 2 but is an small one.
Jill Valentine is one of the strongest characters in resident evil both physically and mentally. I can't imagine a woman trying to escape a whole city that is infested with zombies and other monster with a mighty tyrant like Nemesis chasing after her and actually SURVIVES. I think it's very very hard. I would die of fear if Nemesis is chasing me in a city where there is only zombies, hunter, lickers, and a giant earthworm.
i think its partly intentional, nemesis already weakened from the acidic waste but even in its weaker form, he still struggle to kill jill, it shows how serious he is with his mission.
I just now realized that the hideous monstrosity you fought is actually the NE-parasite grew in enormous proportions, the tyrant host totally desintegrated after it fell into the chemical acid
Similar to RE2 Engine, very good. The interesting is to know "how can be use the Dodge Button" against Nemesis and the other enemies, and if Nemesis Will pursue you the ENTIRE game as Mr. X did in the RE2 Remake
@@fabyanraiferlangga5978 trying to spoil a remake. lol you failed bud, and you proved you're a loser aswell. Mayby someone else will give u the attention u desperately need, go comment to them.
@Mr Satan depends on the player, I finished the game with 10 hours and I really loved it, surely better than the original because at least it doesn't have the tanky gameplay, the nemesis is better too. However I still like more the re 2 remake by far the best resident evil

No way. You can see in this gameplay how all is best. The canyon, the tension, the scenario, and the only way to kill Nemesis was to align Nemesis with the shot. The ending of RE3 remake make me feel I was playing a RE5 boss battle.
I love how this Resident Evil installment clearly states the theme of the ENTIRE series: bioterrorism. Never realized it until after playing this installment.

@Dominic dominic at least i am not blind with healthy eyes such as you kiddo. compare the endings, leave bias aside and see for yourself. if i was blinded by nostalgia id hate Resident Evil 2 remake, which i consider fantastic, they spent 6 years developing RE2 Remake, and not even 2 developing RE3, the obvious impact in quality is evident.
@Dominic dominic because people are known to be "smart" when they consume products like call of duty that hasnt stoped coming out yearly since 2005. or paying ungodly sums in games online which are drowning in micro transactions. you americans never were the ones to use their heads. you over hype something, and when it fails, you would rather sink with it, than admit your mistakes. ungodly amount of games do that, and yet you still consume like sheep. Re3 remake isnt anything different.
@Dominic dominic also yeah, way to prove my point, they replayed it a couple of times because it isnt longer than 4 hours. so much content was cut from it, you can steam roll it even faster than that.
@Dominic dominic spoken like a true braindead zoomer. Resident evil 3 came before you were born, in 1999. now that i have realized with whom i am speaking, i conclude our conversation.
To me, Resident Evil series ended after Code Veronica. It should have been number 4 in the series. I once tried to play RE4 but since all the zombies were gone, and you could see Leon doing all these crazy backflips and kicks it didn't feel like being a Resident Evil game. I haven't tried the 2002 remake. Maybe it will be nice.
CroTomas RE5 was nothing but RE4 all over again.. i fail to see why people literally jerk off RE4 while hate on RE5(when technically its the same game as RE4).

Resident Evil 5 did away with all that shit and just went full-blown Michael Bay action mode. Even though I was born in 1996 I've been playing since I was five and i absolutely love these games.and I was raised on them and these new games can't even compare to the originals
Nemesis is unique to every bosses in video games. He is at his toughest on his first form but as soon as he mutates, he degenerates, so the secondary form becomes easier to defeat and then treatment plant form where he has been doused to acid and have his tentacles removed, and the final form, you just need to lure him in the rail gun because he couldnt sprint and lacks intelligence anymore and was just seeing you as a prey.
I was at the perfect age when this game came out. It took many months as a small kid to beat this game and the final moment where she blows him away with the .357 was such a rush.
They may manage to work the events of RE 3 into the remake of RE 2. I believe that with what they accomplished with the Remake of RE 1 was great, and with this one taking as long as it is to make. There's a good chance we will see Jill's campaign as well as Claire and Leon.
Honestly the new one is better, it gives more depths to Jill and it shows the bomb from her prospective, saying that the original one is better is bullshit of some nostalgic fanboy.

@CapoLucano Capcom said back in 2010 that it's intentions were to remake the original games and give them the haunting gameplay like the remakes of RE0 and Resident Evil 1. However, they are currently working on reviving the series and returning "to the original horror format" like the original games. It's expected to be another 8 years before they release another game, luckily it will be like the originals and not like RE4 or RE5.
It's a simple thing called nostalgia. We all do it, reminiscing about our childhood. Our parents did it to us, the 20, 30 somethings of today do it now and our children will do it when they grow up.

Very much agree, seeing everywhere you been and all the challenges you faced in RE2 and RE3 getting wiped away was very impactful, remake not so much.

Yeah, the final form may have a cool song and a good design, but the previous forms showed a super soldier with a taste for killing.
Yeah, but the final is so weird like the W.Birkin's... I think is the 100% parasyte form. I love it anyway...
