im sort of just discovering aimee manns music now, ive heard it before but just looking into it now and it sounds like the music played at the funeral of 90s music.. because everything now has nothing to do with the 90s as if at some point it all just died and aimee mann still preserves it somehow but because its dead its like a eulogy to the beautiful time and place of the 90s and it breaks my heart...

Aimee Mann has more talent in her pinky nail than Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, and Rihanna combined. Just a tremendous composer, songwriter, and (live) singer. She is respected greatly among true musicians and singers and I hope she feels that love.
