Hi Will! I’m a new subscriber and interested in the Belize properties. Couple questions: are there tours available to see areas of Belize while on a scouting trip? Any recommendations? Is it difficult to have a dipping pool installed on a property like this eco tiny home? I’m retiring in 6 months and have an opportunity to access funds at that time, so thinking 20% down and financing is possible, correct? I appreciate any guidance you can provide! Thanks.
