Good video Will. Super informative.
One thing that would have been useful for lazy people like me, would be a grand package total.
1. Basic package - minimum solar, septic, and rainwater basin costs x (only useful for individuals or couples)
2. Family package- Enough solar, septic, and rainwater for a whole American family.
3. Luxury package- More than enough, never run dry, and the neighbors will be jealous when your pool keeps on pumping!

Whatever happened with expanding power out in that area? There were some poles put up several years back, but then nada. We’ll be in SP for a few days in August, so we’ll take a drive out to SB and check out our two lots again at Grand Belizean
