Ok, wow! The Ixchel and Habitat projects (the same?) look awesome! I like the modern design more than I thought I would . Also, love the hardwoods, but lighter colors. Are people currently living there with no power? Solar is way to go, I image.

Great video and I will be reaching out! Quick question - How is the sargassum on this side of the island, both generally and this year specifically since it is so bad elsewhere?
Hey there Jon, the sargassum is only on the east side of the island so you really won't find it on the western coastline of Ambergris Caye. It seems to be somewhat random but currently its not that bad.
