Did I miss any info. on dosage? What's the lowest dose of estrogen that could treat osteoporosis? The Brits and Canadians seem to be much more informed about osteoporosis than nearly all the American providers I've seen. Thank you.

This was a fantastic video! I have just been diagnosed with severe osteopenia of the spine and will be starting estradiol gel and a Kyleena IUD. I am a little worried about the reported weight gain with HRT. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I had menopause at age 46 and I did not have any physical symptoms then. Now at age 56 I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis with wrist fracture. Is it too late for HRT. The GP never discussed these with me when I complained constantly about my sping burning sensation. Your answer would be really appreciated. I have now been recommended denusomob which is also I am not sure if that's right for me.

I did it at 57, nervous about starting so late but am not a candidate for other osteo drugs. Estrogen patch, progesterone pill. Good luck!
