I m trying hard to accept
But I have this frustrating bloating in my stomach
I can't breathe
I go to doc
Says IBS from anxiety
Is it possible to get stomach bloating and gas problems from anxiety
Yes very much, I had this for long, gas , bloating, spasms in stomach, palpitations in stomach,Dr says IBS . Well am recovered now, with acceptance
@@atulalkr8714 how much time you had this condition?
Heavily bloated stomach and alot of mucus in my stool
Constipated feeling full after eating
Plz tell me how much time it took to u to restore?
Once I understood what it is and accepted , I no longer fear it, because it is the fear that we prolonged our symptoms. Once you lose fear of it, the symptoms will slowly subside.i know it's not easy accepting, but we have to learn to accept and live with the discomfort for a time being without fearing.i know it's very hard to accept this symptoms which feels do real . But believe me ,you will get there and recovery is 💯 possible
I have struggled for more than10 years
My anxiety would hit like a brick. Not gradual...
I'd be fine one min, next I would get very alert. Almost tunnel vision. Then comes the stomach ache, and light headedness combined with nausea digestion was an utter mess........all while driving usually. The worst. !! I'm so glad I'm better! And ty because you helped me through it.
Did you just fully accept?
@@deon_pet yes i just kept driving or doing qhat im doing......i was taking ashwaghanda 800mg a day to help while i was practising acceptance, its a herb any health shop has it, it gives u that xtra calm all day, so if one hits u can cope, it doesnt get RID of it...just takes the edge off, rest is up to you, how you react how you accept.
My problem too I just have to accept
@shaan kassam I want your youtube page to thrive. You are a big instrument to my recovery. Just knowing that I am not alone. You talking about exactly what I am going through is such a big help. Thank you for you and all of guests for your generosity. God speed you guys.
You helped me soooo much get through my anxiety...I was literally ready to end it all....I felt lost, hopeless, a total lunatic weekly with panic attacks.
You showed me so many easy ways to snap out of it. Gave me tools to take control. It took work, it was very uncomfortable..but it gave me one VERY IMPORTANT THING THAT SAVED MY LIFE
Hope.
Hope and eliminating self doubt. Those are the 2 most important tools I found. Thank u:) very much.
WE HAVE TO REALIZE WE ARE SO MUCH STRONGER THAN WE THINK:)
Damn your story is really inspiring. I’m currently on my journey

@@arsenalmike1835 you'll get there, you will have terrible days followed by great ones...but remember the terrible ones do add up,, but that's OK. ITS OK BECAUSE YOU CAN LOOK BACK AT THE TERRIBLE DAY BEFORE AND THINK TO YOURSELF.. hey, I got through the other 10, this 11th ain't sh*@t!!! Lol every bad day is a step towards making u stronger.

Going through a setback and needed to hear this.. so hard to train our thoughts and reactions
It’s actually not hard at all and the reason u keep having set backs is because ur watching all these videos an u keep coming to them for some comfort I started my health anxiety at 13 now I’m 18 and fully recovered drop everything and live ur life there’s no need for all those steps an bs they say there is to do they just tryna make money of y’all 🤦🏽♂️
Verrry true
@@Unknown-zv4ox Then what are you doing here?
@@Unknown-zv4oxtotally true in a sense, I’m sure Shaan is actually trying to help people and not try to make money off them but you are right I tend to come to these videos for some comfort when I do feel any symptom out of nowhere, but you’re right the more you almost leave your body and trust it, the better you can feel. It’s almost like the less you fight your thoughts/symptoms the less often they happen and the easier it gets, I’m still recovering from my health anxiety, luckily I found out what this was pretty quickly so I’m going through nearly a month of this and I do feel a lot better as of speaking, sometimes I’ll feel things and get anxious again but certainly everything is getting less often and less intense which is good, but sometimes for me I get more on edge or anxious before k go to bed but when I fall asleep I forget and I’m Better, I just pray for everyone’s recovery journeys to be effective and short 🙏🙏
Acceptance is the key
Need to hear all of those today! Things that never my therapist explain to me.. God bless you shaan❤️🙏
Awesomely explained 🙏
Not even therapist make these efforts to explain.

You are great I have been through a really hard year only had anxiety for a few months watching your videos really helps
2023 I felt great from April to Mid August… I remember walking into a restaurant and floor was black and white like a chess board. It really tricked my mind that I was gonna fall I got super scared. Even though I had recovered, I felt scared. And I still feel scared. I’m struggling to stand In line anywhere without having a fear of passing out. The last time I recovered , I remember I just forgot about passing out. Now my brain is all it wants to think about…
I wish i could get the program but i have to help my family is well.
shaan you have done me so well and I have sososo many things i wish i could ask you personally
But this video is really is goona help me down the line
Accepting the way things are i have not really thought of that
I appreciate this video so much. It's really helpful.
The best guy to explain the mechanics of anxiety and recovery🥰
Appreciate it
Yeah the mechanics of anxiety
Thanks a Million!!!!
Been suffering from anxiety and panic attacks and now im recovering better than past few months. Each day i feel the recovery but still feeling the symptoms of anxiety. is it normal?
Anyone else struggle with social anxiety in particular. My social anxiety feels really debilitating for me. I can't form meaningful relationships because my social anxiety gets in the way and when people do show me Love I end up erecting a mental barrier and distance myself and find im afraid to get to close to someone because I don't want to get hurt and I self sabotage friendships and relationships. Everywhere I go people are staring at me for some reason and I know social anxiety causes it's victims to think everyone is staring at them but with me people are actually staring at me!! 2 coworker's confirmed that to me and asked me why does everyone stare at you? I went to the DMV the other day and 5 workers in a group were all gazing at me for a long time. It's like the twilight zone. They really are staring at me and I know that I have a radiant Spirit but it's very uncomfortable when they all stare. I'm also attracting alot of haters lately. I guess for some reason many feel insecure or intimated and that's their problem not mines. I hold my head a little higher as a sign of Courage.
Is it normal or feel like you can’t stand up too long ? Balance issues and feels like I’ll pass out
Yes one of my main symptoms how are you now ??
Same, I’ve gotten better now, but when I 1st developed anxiety, I always felt nauseous and dizzy and off balance and faint, with a racing heart ❤️ when standing. But it gets better because I don’t get these feelings anymore
Yessss i had it for two years.. before seeking therapy
Absolutely normal
Iam also into it, let see
My main scary thoughts are that im going crazy, and that people can see the anxiety on my face (a big one, esp when i was in high school)
Thank you.
congrats for 18k...shaan...waiting for more videosss,,,💝

This is all true . But way easier said than done..
Listen to Claire Weeks. I have come to realize two things: responding the correct way and utter utter acceptance are the keys to full recovery. Yes it does take confidence and willingness to step out of your comfort zone, but trust me, anxiety won’t kill you no matter how dreadful it feels, no matter the influx of emotions and intrusive thoughts, no matter the debilitating symptoms. Anxiety is really just over sensitive nerves, which is controlled by your subconscious mind. Don’t let your life be controlled by these feelings. You are much much more powerful than you think you are. Dare your symptoms to act up more during a panic attack, dare it to kill you, dare it to make you faint. You will soon realize, on the other side of all the fear, there is absolutely nothing but peace!
@@MrYouthfist18 thank you so much for the motivation. My problem is mainly depersonalization, i feel like u forgot who i am. Like i don't have an identity anymore. And I just don't know what to do. Every time I feel like I made progress, i get stuck again somewhere. It has been 4 months now and I was really starting to lose hope. I just miss myself, I miss who I was and how I used to feel..
@@esraa5921 Circumstances in life can have an adverse reaction on our subconscious mind. Circumstances such as trauma, continuous disappointments, relationships, job loss etc can negatively reshape how we think of ourselves and sometimes it’s very hard to discontinue and break free from such loops. It sometimes leads to anxiety, depression and depersonalization to name a few. But I’ll tell you something, that feeling or identity you are searching for, never changed or disappeared. It’s all within you. The mere fact that you can actually remember your identity, means you never lost it. In this modern age we have forgotten our true selves and the power we behold. We often depend on material things, the options of others and external factors to feel happy or complete. Yes we live in a 3D realm so all these things do shape our experiences, but it should never allow us to neglect the peace and love that we bestow within. Ground yourself, let go of the desire to feel a certain way, and just be. You can demand your own happiness. Start chanting morning affirmations, meditate, go out in nature and walk barefoot. Challenge yourself daily to doing something that makes you feel proud of yourself. It does not happen overnight, but with the choice to get up and work on yourself, coupled with consistency, you will see transformation. There are many ways to do this, but I’m confident you will find your flow.
@@MrYouthfist18 Again, thank you so much for your words. I hope that this nightmare will be over soon.
@@esraa5921 hey, I totally understand what you’re going through, a year ago I was in your exact same place, questioning everything, I felt like I lost myself or didn’t know who I was anymore, because of the symptoms of depersonalization and derealization, it was scary, but is not impossible, I got so much better with time and I recovered completely. I wish you the best. ✨
I loved your video. I have a question for you. Besides anxiety I also suffer from depressive episodes and would like to know if the steps you describe in your book can also be applied to depression.
Have a video on that already
Shaan, acceptance of the root caused of anxiety? Is that what you mean?
Ive had intense panic attacks and generalized anxiety disorder for decades. Can i really recover after so long of having this?

I was terrified in the beginning but not that I’m healed I love it
Can somebody tell me a book about the first „b“, the step with what is happening physically?✌🏼
Shan bro love you
Same to you
Is fear the same thing as anxiety then?
Yes
@@Lxvexity No. Fear is a necessary response in all humans. Anxiety is a condition of false threat perception in people who have creative intellect. That's confirmed by neuroscience and psychophysiology.
I am diagnosed f42
I have been having clonazepam 0.5 mg.... from 4 months. But recently I am not taking.... I am facing bizzare systoms and panic attack and intrusive though....

Hey guys, Is it just me... I always had this tension type headache then it will go away if i would take medications for that and after about several days it will come back again. There is something like holding at the back of your head like a dull feeling. I also get headaches mild pain in one area but it does not last minutes. Is this just a symptom? I did already go to a neurologist last last month but He said it is just a tension headache because of the Anxiety and Panic Attacks that I get. But still I am not convinced right now, Is this just a symptom? or should I go for a second opinion check up
It's anxiety

I tend to work out alot to keep my mind free of anxious thoughts and it helps. But remember that what you’re feeling with your heart and breathing is because of the excersize do not worry, after a workout o tend to go to my gums suana and steam room, but I also still feel my heart beating and breathing isn’t as good as it usually is, but I remember what I’m doing to my body by sitting in these places, you must trust your body and also put it this way, working out can only benefit you! Anyway! I pray for your recovery and hopefully at the time of this message you are recovered 😅
