Thanks so much Fiona for giving us so many different classes, suitable for any amount of available time, energy and individual need of practice! I am deeply grateful for what you offer, your pleasant and soothing way of teaching and your excellent presentations. Louise
You’re so very welcome Louise. I’m proud that there is now such a wide variety of classes now. It’s been 2 and a bit years of creating and producing each week. Total love job and so rewarding to hear that it’s been worthwhile. I truely appreciate this community and your beautiful feedback. Thank you x 🙏
If I have't been able to get my daytime yoga class in, this one is my go-to evening yoga class! Thank you Fiona for taking the time to put these lovely calming, well cued and sequenced classes together for us. 🙏🏻
So Welcome xx I thought you’d like this one as you often practice in the evening 🙏 hope you and your family are surviving this brutal lockdown? So many ups n downs… but at least we have a grand opening date now and the weather today :-) take care 🙏
Amazing class, as usual. It has been a few weeks since I've done yoga, and I released so much tension during this class. Thank you so much for all the wonderful work you freely share! It is immensely helpful.
Thank you so much! Love that you found it soothing. I’ve actually just published an evening series you might like too :-) 🙏 here’s the link ruclips.net/p/PLC8x2h-ribuKb0-FzbMW2BoWjAqTt1P96
Much needed after a long day at work and being sick the past few days. thank you for sharing this soothing and calming practice Fi, it was wonderful as always.
Oh that’s wonderful to hear Jules. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable to really slow down and breathe deep, often cause our minds and bodies want to move so I’m so pleased you gifted yourself this and you enjoyed it xx
I actually flowed with this class to stretch and warm up for beginning my practice ☺️ felt open and ready to flow with more 😍 Thank you so much dear F, love and gratitude 🥰🙏
So many thanks again to your work & effort, revisiting this lesson, a manifold of possibilities to calm, after a day of grading students' papers 🤗🙏🏻! Hope you're well, stay safe!
What an amazing, short, after work flow. This had elements of breath work, yin, and a little bit of active poses too. It was great because a lot of the yin flows are too passive. This had enough to get the muscles moving a bit, but also relaxation thank you so much
Thank you very much indeed for this lesson, it was very fruitful - I experimented, apart from several stepping stones interspersed where I came back to this lesson, with your voice, to apply it to a row of different Asanas, my favorites & the Hamsasana I want to learn since yesterday's, & of course your instructions & guidance of attention were spot on, very very instructive. I'm so gtateful to have come across your teachings, it's marvellous!
You’re very welcome! I love how you go off piste with your own practice. Is it the splits you’re working on now? Something that has completely eluded my hamstrings to date :-) not sure I’m built for it. Always very grateful for your feedback. Thank you 🙏
@@TwoBirdsYoga No splits, the HalfHanuman is enough work for this old geezer here...Since yesterday's lesson, I want to learn Hamsasana (which is a Peacock basically, only the fingers point forward.., but this difference is a huge one for me). Struggling here, I love this puzzle for my neuronal system, & am approaching it, as with Peacock, from LotusSeat...lower arms' inner sides are hurting deliciously, the distribution too uneven. But working on it!
@@TwoBirdsYoga Yes, such I found already, yet the reason why this makes it easier to hold escapes me, so far. Swan is feasable, though, with my hands on the blocks, just as it is with FlyingPidgeon - these few centimetres off the ground can be a boon 🤗
@@TwoBirdsYoga Which is what I resort to actually, meanwhile, having seen it, after you mentioned this, several times this way, fingers sideways, it works very well thus. Hamsasana is coming online, I love it, the 8Angles you taught, they're puzzling still, my lifting off the mat resulting in wild swinging between my arms,...this isn't a variation on Pendant, not intentionally..😃
Hi Fiona, my husband did me company for this beautiful and peaceful practice. He enjoyed it as much as I did. He has back pain issues, can you suggest some of your practices so we will do. It togheter. He sends you the best wishes. 🙏

Dear Fi! Another new favorite for me! This was just my speed (tho I was a bit shaky by the end of the knee circles!). I’ve been trying to give myself an hour for yoga every day, so when you got to shavasana, I started back at the beginning and did it again. So nice to have something new that I can do without having to be ‘on’ mentally to modify for my energy level. 💙
Oh Jessica x thank you! So nice to indulge in a gentle flow… and twice! Good on you for dedicating an hour each day to restore yourself. I hope you felt super calm and relaxed after 🙏
Hi Jessica :-) hope you’ve had a great week so far? I’ve just published a 40 minute Lunar flow. A special request class from a Patron. But I thought of you. If you’re feeling stronger post COVID… this is a nice stepping stone class :-) no push ups, downward dog only to transition and a nice mellow circular flow / lots of forward folds :-) Here you go ruclips.net/video/ZjerNgQKBx8/видео.html
@@TwoBirdsYoga oh thank you! That sounds fantastic! I am getting a bit stronger - can’t recall if I told you I got an independent doctor to prescribe ivermectin and it’s been miraculous. Took me from 25% to about 75% in only 4 days. I still have to be so careful how I spend my energy but all my long Covid symptoms are improving and I’m so grateful! How are things in your part of the world? Getting closer to the end of lockdown? Thanks for the class recommendation 💙
So good to hear Jessica! Wow, what a turnaround. You must be feeling more like yourself again? Yes… getting closer to end of lockdown. It’s been loooong! Just a few more weeks now. Hanging in there :-)
@@TwoBirdsYoga phew! I imagine it will be such a relief to get back to normal life! (And get your hair done! 🙃) I am feeling much more myself, and I’m so grateful!
This routine suited me much better then the other one you recommended, I couldnt even move my legs @ 33:21 which is... different for me, haha! But it just goes to show just how awesome and beneficial this was for me. I cant wait to find another gem!!!! Love you girl xx
