The trick to keeping your premade pie crust from splitting when you roll it out, is to let it sit out for about an hour out of the fridge. 😏 I learned that the hard way

I was glad to see you add that touch of salt. I believe salt is the finishing touch to sweets. This looks really good 😋Thank you! Royal icing would be great on these. You look great with your hair up. Very pretty on you.

Steph, this looks so easy and delicious! Another one of your videos saved to my list to make with our grandchildren! How fun! And...I know how to pronounce the ingredients in this..unlike the boxed ones. Have a blessed week! 🙏🏻

Yes, simple ingredients are the best! The more you read food labels, the scarier it becomes. So much you just can’t pronounce or don’t understand what it is used for in the product. Simple and easy are always winning ingredients. 😊 Thanks for watching and your comment. Have a blessed day!!!

Isn't that the truth about the ingredients. I was looking at the ingredients in a loaf of bread and one of the ingredients (in almost all of them) is AMMONIUM SULFATE. It is an inorganic salt with a number of commercial uses. The most common use is as a soil fertilizer. It contains 21% nitrogen and 24% sulfur. Why do they feel the need to add this to our breads? I thought, well, I will go the route of buying the bakery breads from the "big stores"...they add it too. We live in some scary times, but we can rest assure that one day, our Heavenly Father will come again for us and we will no longer have to worry about what we are eating or drinking or even wearing that could hurt us. We will live in His Perfect Peace! God bless you! Have a blessed day!@@stephsstovebystephaniethom7249

Just a suggestion: you could add melted butter to ur brown sugar & cinnamon mixture it would keep it together better for u ..

I have made them both ways and I find the addition of butter causes the mixture to seep out of the crust more when baking. Either way, it still comes out delicious. 😋 Thanks for watching and I appreciate your input. Have a blessed day!!!

These look so good but they are so much trouble to make. I'd just buy poptarts.

Don't make them, then. Eat the store bought ones.
