I definitely agree with Robert, I have oily skin too and tried A LOT of liquid foundations and bb creams even the boujee ones but the best was powder, more natural and less shiny

Omg ive been using a Bb cream forever and I have oily skin and it does get prettt oily and omg. I should’ve been using powder foundation 🙏

Love you guys... couple questions.. first, after you moisturize, how long do you wait till you put on a primer.. then how long do you wait till you put on a foundation...then how long do you wait till you put on any powder... also if you use a foundation and a bronzer, how do you keep itfrom transferring to the collar of your shirt. It’s really embarrassing..
richard diaz hey! Primer can go on a just a minute after moisturiser, and same with foundation powder can go straight on after foundation no need to wait. Have you tried a setting spray? That will help with transfer but also a very fine clear powder (rather than a light powder with colour) will help set foundation better
Robert I use a setting powder and a setting spray from Ulta
You could try looking for longwear foundations that are resistant to transfer, and remember to always set the foundation well. I would avoid wearing white shirts

Dear Robert, do you consider a cc cream still too heavy and moisturizing? It looks like an easier way to color correct the overall discolourations over the face. Thanks!
MAC studio fix pathetically transfers on my white shirts and breaks me out. I live for Dior Air flash foundation (high-end one) and L'Oreal Pro matte foundation (drugstore product) which beats many expensive options out there. For compacts, I love using NYX blot powder in Translucent during the summer time and MAC mineralize skin finish in winters...

How to select the right compact powder for your skin tone if you are buying online?
Sagardip Choudhury hey! If your a buying online, look for a powder that isn’t too heavy in coverage and that has shades like “light, medium, dark” etc these shades aren’t too precise but blend with most skin tones and you can guess from the visuals online what kind of colour you will be.
On men’s makeup I wouldn’t use a shade that’s lighter, it’ll pull grey/ashy and look noticeable. Better to get a color that matches your overall complexion
QueenShād that is something I mention in the beginning of the video, I say that if you get even one shade too light or dark it looks wrong.
Hey there! I recently had ashy blonde highlights done and this is my first time ever going lighter with my hair. I very quickly learned my everyday make up color scheme isn’t working for it. (I would usually wear bronzey colors, warm browns, copper, terracotta etc.) I’m having a hard time finding a complementary color scheme for the new look. Can you do a video for this?

Hello hello James & Robert I would like a helping hand here. Whats your hypothesis about what moisturizer and primer (or optional setting sprays) would fit SENSitve oily skin types?
Recently I thought about this, thinking it would seem overdoing it if I were to use a mattifying moisterizer with a mattifying primer.
Should these two products be opposite finishes or no (I.e. a mattifying moisturize with a normal primer or a "hydrating" moisturizer with a mattifying primer)?
My apologies if this comes across as a bother, I don't really use any of ybe social apps but again I would appreciate the feedback please thanks.
Instead of the primer, I use a (nude color) BB or CC cream.
Is there a one product that can achieve the no make up make up look... I just want to cover dark spots
