    I have made this fudge for many years. It’s the best, and I like making it “rocky road” with marshmallows and nuts

    Do not understand need for olive oil, I use 1 layer of wax paper in bowl without oil and it comes out fine, for the chocolate. Going to try peanut butter next time, thanx.

      I would think so. I’m not a big fan of coconut, so I don’t cook much with it
