  • 11 oz. white chocolate chips, a good quality brand works better, i used Ghirardelli)
    16 oz. tub of strawberry frosting
    Line a 9x9 pan with parchment paper or non stick Aluminum foil, spray with alittle cooking spray to make sure fudge won't stick, and set aside.
    In a microwave safe bowl, melt together frosting and chips in 20 to 30 second increments, stirring well between each burst, until everything is melted well.
    Now that everything is melted well and the chips are melted all too.
    Mix well and then transfer to your sprayed prepared pan.
    Press into an even layer using a rubber spatula.
    Chill till harden up for 2 to 3 hours prior to slicing and serving.
    This will keep, in a covered container in your refrigerator, for 1 month, if they will last that long in your house lol.
