The Caribbean Princess is definitely one of most beautiful elegantly designed cruise ships out there whether talking about her exterior or her interior truly represents a time when princess was top-notch. Before they got involved with Carnival Corporation. Skywalkers nightclub is definitely the ultimate best nightclub on board any cruise ship. It is so easy to get around the Caribbean Princess while onboard enjoying all of the different venues. It was designed in an era where there were no restrictive budgets. The time before princess got greedy where more effort was put into guests comfort in experiencing wonderful show lounges huge extravagant double deck dining rooms with grand pianos and chandeliers. A time where a person could walk around on a ship and not feel overcrowded and yet still feel thrilled to experience the gorgeous design and Comforts built into the ship with spectacular views of the ocean and ports of call. Back when Princess really took pride in their work not only in their ship design but in the way they treated their guest on bored. The ship was never designed to see how many cabins they can squeeze on board a cruise ship. It was designed to truly be a wonderful memorable experience. Even the brand-spanking- new Princess cruise ships can not come anywhere close to comparing to the luxury that was built into the Caribbean Princess. In my opinion the Caribbean Princess is definitely 100% the best cruise ship in the entire Princess Fleet.
Caribbean princess was christened 2 April 2004, so it’s definitely a 19+ year old ship. It probably doesn’t look that old because it underwent extensive renovations in 2019.
@AmandaOwensliterature it went well. We kept it small and was pretty setting it also comes with 4 pictures but will cost you outrageous amounts if you want more but all in all it was different but simple and I'd recommend

how did you get so lucky to be the only person on the ship for this tour video? i was on this ship in February 2022 loved it but had such a hard time finding different places because of the nooks and crannies as you say i got a free cruise for my first ever cruise in 2022 but i found the spa and other things over priced
Exactly like the Crown. The only downside is the dining , you only have buffet, small with limited choice. The Royal is bigger, better food much greater choice and The Sun (2024) is like Caribbean and Royal combined !
What’s a bit disappointing is that, especially on the upper decks, this doesn’t seem very wheelchair friendly with the narrow spaces around the loungers and all of the mini-staircases…this would eliminate my wife and I as passengers (as she’s confined to a chair)…is this design aesthetic common with Princess?
You never mention that in the rooms, our balcony was one, there are motion lights throughout the room, next to the bathroom too, that kill your eyes in the middle of the night, it cannot be controlled or turned off. REALLY? Also, not enough places to sit surrounding the main arena. The 24hr cafe was so limited in food and NO free water, juice, coffee available. Never again an old ship on Princess, elevators broken, public toilets not working and too few, creaking sounds everywhere. This was our 19th cruise but our first with Princess.

This is the best video of Caribbean Princess yet! She's the last ship in the fleet to have Skywalkers suspended directly over the aft oof the ship - great for taking A Stern View of Cruising. Looking forward to this experience.
Can you still get a drink delivered to you (from the app) while you are sitting at sky walkers lounge? I’m assuming from the video the bar is closed. So if that is the case, can you order a drink to be delivered to SWL from the app? Seems like a very nice, quiet place to relax and sip on a daiquiri. Also, I thought coffee and cones was free. You have to pay for the ice cream and coffee here? Is so, where is the free ice cream included with the cruise located?
A lot of the glass panel "obstacles" are wind breaks. They also help prevent a tunnel wind effect as the ship moves.

I lived on Caribbean Princess as crew for 6 months. FYI the front pool and hot tubs and entire front area cabins are staff and officer quarters.

Mostly on the older ships yes. The design is really odd and def not super wheelchair friendly
Newer ships are more wheelchair & scooter friendly.
I read that this ship has been refurbished in2023. My very first cruise will be on this ship in April. I hope this is good.
