Mam... I was used agarwal two times not faced much issues..... When i opted for local packers and movers faced like some people who is struggling to take our steel almarih... i feel like no broker acting like agent....
Same we faced.. From faridabad.. We too shifted within same society.. My 65 inch TV broken. Replaced screen for 30k. Worst service. Asked extra money also...
I too had a similar experience. They asked for an additional 2000 to continue with the package in the middle of it. so sad.
I was too suffered lot by No Broker Packers and Movers. I don't know how they are doing business in India. Such a bad service.
Yes true even my printer was ruined and also from pick up to delivery they did very bad arrangement

Everyone is the same. When we shifted from Mumbai to Hyderabad, Agarwal was fine. From Hyd lo Chennai we thought it was fine. Chennai locally we preferred Agarwal but exorbitant- clumsy horrible. To our dismay hyd contents valuable were broken.

Yeah I too had the same experience! Money looting people! My AC is broken, they charged me new AC cost for one AC installation! Rating it 1 out of 5.
No Broker worst service I have ever experienced. Please don't book from No Broker. So disappointed.
Paid for premium service and they have not cleaned properly .All fake promises and lies by no broker customer service representatives and escalation team... Each person in customer service is giving different reasons for the service history.
When asked for the solution , they are saying they will take my feedback and post in their system.
Urban company service is the best.

My bad. Now I'm experiencing the same. No broker allotting RM but no progress. after raising complaint and RM changed but new RM is asking me to compromise with my property requirements. I'm pissed off. 3000+ 18% tax for relax plan totally 3040 something. Utter waste. Location Bangalore

Guys I too had a worst experience... initially they told 20 extra boxes and then changed to 15 extra boxes and charged ...extra...initially I did not accepted ...but the people they sent was very young boys so under courtesy i paid the amount they asked..but I had worst experience TV was mishandled..one of my pipe connector was because of which I had to pay extra 750 rs...when I asked for refund they kept a call with their partner and I informed about the missing item...since it was just 750 and considering the boys I decided to leave it as such but next day again I got the call from nb asking if it was resolved... then multiple calls went on with partner ...and they were portraying that I am lying and trying to get money... and they were asking to raise grievance ticket ..pls advice..it's not about 750 but it's about the way the service was...too worried..

Please don't subscribe to their plans. When we try to contact the owners the call goes through IVR and it never gets connected/not reachable/busy tone. I lost 21 contacts like this and escalated this to the team and they are very rude and not helpful at all saying that they can't do anything for that. They cannot reimburse the contacts or the money. My time and money got wasted! Bad Service. Never recommend it to any. I spoke to customer care many times, no use.

Hello I also booked in bangalore to kochi. It was worst service. Damaged my printer and from pick up to delivery they did bad service. According to company policy we need not pay extra for service, but they took extra amount. Such worst experience.

Major mistake done by your side
*First thing you need to understand potter or no brokker they're just comission agent between you and workers they doesn't have any skilled or trained labours and they will not care about loosing customers*
If you book a packers and movers personally with proper GST and trained workers like us you are our customer and from you we'll get 10 reference so we will not loose you 😊 and on app booking workers no need to satisfy you because anyway they'll get order on app so they're are in money mind not have service mind. (In 100% we can find only 10% from them service minded)
* Booking on app (booking on app they transfer work to some local truck drivers they will come with non professional workers and
*Looking for low budget ( too low budget you will not get professional team because professional will not accept for low budget they have already more bookings and demands)
*A/C and electrical work giving on packers and movers package
( Most of packers and movers provide trainees for AC and Electrecian because they only accept for very lowest price)
And then after fitting AC you will get extra bill unwantedly later you think 🤔 for 500/- reduction we loose thousands of money 😂
My kind advice give your order who knows the valuable of customers and your house hold items 🙏
