Experienced the worst service from Duroflex. Our ordered sofa arrived defective, and despite numerous emails and phone calls, the replacement process has been agonizingly slow. Even after two months, there's been no update on the replacement order. Extremely frustrating experience.
Additionally, when reporting another sofa defect, Duroflex dismissed it without an in-person inspection, claiming it was normal based solely on pictures. Despite clearly showing the defect, they failed to address the issue properly, adding to the overall disappointment with their customer service.

Thanks for the review, can you please open chain of backside cushion and check if there is any use of Cotton, Polyfiber which looks like cotton.. OR this is 100% Foam product. I am talking about Duroflex Utopia. Thanks.

Still now cushion all so good... No problem... But if u setting more than 2 hour like watching movie like that... Back rest is uncomfortable due to big thick...for that I used to do put my leg to coffee table or remove the back cushion use a pillow fo long like movie time...

Thanks for you video. Experienced Utopia in duroflex store, felt ektorp from ikea as better may be ikea product is not available in many places. But ektorp with cover upgrade gave the movie comfort it gave lower back support which Utopia didn't gave. I'm tall 6ft Utopia is low and sitting into it felt deep. My sitting arch is low. Ikea felt better at Lowe back support. And I felt it luxury than Utopia due to sofa cover material. I suggest to get upgraded to next cloth in ektorp model. Feel is different and luxurious. I preferred 2 seater as 2 seater seat is bigger than 3 seater and we are 2 adults and child which would be sufficient for us for watching movies. Now I call it a couch to binge movies 😊
I also suggest to try godrej sherly model as it comes in same price bracket and has premium pocket spring. I tried it and found lower seating similar to duroflex utopia. For less heights it's sufficient. For tall persons siting arc for knees close

It's good.. after 6 month use we dont feel any problem bro..anyway we are using extra sofa cover..
