Yeah I track my habits too in a Notion Habit Tracker. But I dont track Nutrition. For example, Alex Hormozi doesn't track his macros and calories and he gets by with it too. He also doesn't track his sleep. But he has more money than all of us. What you guys think about that?

Alex told me he doesn’t track his sleep because he is too competitive and can’t handle it. He does keep track of what he eats, but he is not as crazy about it as me.
