Notes to be taken :-
1. 90/90/1 Rule
For the next 90 days , Focus the first 90 minutes of your day on the 1 thing that will change your game.
2. Tight Bubbles of Total Focus
Setup distraction free, minimalist environments. Be very hard to reach.
3. Choose your Peer group wisely
Surround yourself with productive , like minded people. If you spend time with victims , you'll be a victim.
4. Learned Minimalism
Fill your home with few things , Fill your goals with few projects. Focus your days on those few priorities.
Thanks🎶🙂
THANK YOU!
Tysm
Thank You So Much Omar
Thanks
focus is more important than intelligence. 1000 thanks and more
focus management more important & that is run by you
Part of it. But your ability to accept your self really as the way you are cant be ignored as the single most important trait we avoid.
nice
Thanks. I was looking for a summary.
Abdellatif Reslanebnnj that isn’t the summary. He stated that before 2 mins into the video.
Summary:
1. The 90/90/1 rule
> for the next 90 days, spend the first 90 minutes of your workday on your single most game-changing opportunity
2. Install environements of tight bubbles of total focus
> be very hard to reach during key times of the week
> you spend 2.1 hours/day in distractions, and it takes 21 minutes to refocus
> go device-free on some days
3. Choose your peer group really well
> Mirror neuron system of the brain: surround yourself with high-achievers
> We pick up the emotions of those around us, their inspiration and energy
4. Learned minimalism
> focus on few things, projects, relationships, books, courses
"The secret to genuis is not complexity, but simplicity"
God bless you
In summary:
1- 90/90/1 Rule.
2- Tight Bubbles Of Total Focus.
3- Choose your Peer Group Really Well.
4- Learned Minimalism.
Your forgot the fourth point, "Learned Minimalism".
blessing from vietnam robin. Your ideas are so simple but absolutely right. I'"m going to apply the 90/90/1 rule in my work from now.
For sure, picking your friends and using the birds of a feather theory to develop personal success through osmosis-supported self-reinforcing development
Thank you for summary
Saurabh Shrivastava Whatever. To make it work, distractions must happen so that your mind can rest and recharge! And, people play
and then work, with periods of intense concentration. They play a short time and then work longer. It's wrong if people pull up a game on their
device if they let their work go. Think about it. You made a plan and
devoted mure time to to work ... Then you turned it upside down!
#Believe :)
You are the best
"The secret to genius is not complexity but simplicity "
I will print this on my wall! Thanks for sharing :-)
Simplicity?, What do you meme?

Consistency is more important than intensity , and this thing we find in your lectures sir Robin Sharma .
Even though this happens to be the official Robin Sharma YT Channel, expecting Robin to read all these comments on his videos is i guess very irrational. (especially after watching him talk about time wasting in this video) . . . BUT I STILL CAN'T STOP MYSELF FROM DIRECTLY ADDRESSING HIM WHEN I SAY AND SAY FROM THE DEPTHS OF MY HEART : "I LOVE YOU SIR AND IF THE WORLD WAS FILLED WITH EVEN HALF THE PEOPLE OF YOUR MENTALITY (PERCEPTION AND POSITIVITY), IT WOULD BE CALLED PARADISE (OR "UTOPIA" [for the ones who don't believe in a paradise]) . . . HUGE RESPECT
Robin, your advice has made my lifestyle changed forever. I really do appreciate it. Hope to have your more points of view soon.
Mr. Sharma, I, with all my heart, would like to thank you for being the source of inspiration that you are. I am truly and deeply grateful for all the help and advice you so readily give to everybody who's willing to take it. You are one of the "A-performers" and true titans that I have decided to "populate" my life with. I thank you for all that you've done and wish you the very best.
Great points to implement. Like the minimalist approach.
Amazing! He still looks as youthful as when he started off. True Master of his practicing what he preaches. He need more much healers than millions of medical doctors going through medical school. Yes there's a time and place where doctors are needed but the majority of the so called healthy population need to be guided and mentored on so many areas of life. It's incredible!
*Thank you Robin. I am learning the English language with your mastery sessions. So I translate the sessions and talk all content that you was said.*
It’s always fascinating to me to see how people spend their time. It really makes me think of whats best for me. My tracking. My Checkiant and my life. Thanks for your video.
One of the best management guru in the world with his best display of his techniques here
I have always been inspired by your work and words.. Whenever I m falling apart... Thank you so much for the change you have created in my life.. Thank you
Epic!!!!! Thank you for this, Robin. Diving a into a Tight Bubble Of Total Focus right now 🧘🏽♀️💗
Very Well Explained. Cheers. Keep it up 🙌🏻
I have been slammed with projects and I started to find myself stressed, grumpy and lack of sleep. This video saved me - i am applying them today and feeling good so far. Thanks so much!
My kind of guy. I am so appreciative of platforms like this that anyone can learn from great people for free. The world has changed so much.
Your videos and books have inspired me since 2008, It has helped me to climb up the ladder and staying true to myself. Always following you and taking lessons from you. Many thanks
Exactly said
If you're listening to this video and looking at the comments... you're doing it wrong once again
tester lester I'm gonna scroll back up now 😂
tester lester shit, you got me!
Every time!
Ok thanks. ❤
Thanks man.
Thank you, Robin! Wonderfully motivating this morning. Just what I needed. I own a business, have just gotten out of the day to day working of the business about a month ago, and I now have all the time in the world to work on improving, streamlining and growing my business. I know what I want to do but I an lacking the focus to get it done. I get distracted and feel like when I'm working on one thing, I should be doing another. the 90/90/1 really resonated with me. I'm going to do it (right after I finish writing this, lol). Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to watching more of you!-Angie
You have made my mindset clear Robin by giving me my mental clarity about how to Handel by work where I was going wrong thank you so much god bless you 😊
Thank you for all you do!! You always keep me motivated and operating at my fullest potential!
Hi Sir, i thank you from the deep of my heart for sharing this awesome piece on 'productivity'!
More so because all the methods you have mentioned in your video are very much practical and doable.
Like, after listening to your thoughts on 'Learned Minimalism', i immediately started removing unnecessary and superficial things from my desk, shelf, house and even my mind.
Thanks again.
Hi Robin, What a great energy and we can see you're what you're preaching. It may take years for you to stay focussed. But thank god we have you to stay focussed very quickly. you're true leader. Once again thanks Robin.
Thank you Robin for making a great video with love and respect. It definitely helps installing these habits. You made my day!
This amount of value is incredible. Thank you Robin for all of your incredible content
Wow. Just... wow. I have been struggling with productivity for a really long time (after switching to freelancing), and all this time I have been looking at it wrong. This is life-changing. Thank you.
I started practicing this rule since November 2021 and since have been top performer in the team at work . Thank-you so much Robin Sir
Very powerful even after six years. Was never consciously aware of the peer group having such as big unconscious influence. One of the reasons I left my recent job! Makes so much sense, and the best probably is to slowly move away from those in the private circle who don't support you and are of negative influence. It starts with being radically honest with oneself and taking time to reflect.
Leaving a legacy of awesome work and thinking tools, I think you sir......
The only way you spoke...that convinced me to stick to the video till the end!
(I wrote this just 1:30 mins in!)
Dear Robin, you are amazing! For 20 years I read your books over and over, I have them all. They have also become the only gift I buy for anyone I love, which means hundreds of copies over the years.
Your ideas just changed my life! Absolutely ... because your way is simple, smart and super-unique! Thank you for all the wisdom I have gained from you. As a person, and as an entrepreneur.
I recommend everyone in this world to follow you and learn from you. Again - thanks for everything. From the bottom of my heart
Thank you Robin! You've changed my life once. When I've read Monk who sold his Ferrari there was a great saying: how can you make other people life's better if you don't feel happy? At the time I wasn't happy with me (i was 18) and I decided to focus on myself and my happiness and stop making a business. That was the most valuable decision in my life because it made me to step on a path that lead me to self-growth. Robin, this is powerful and your books containing a power to change people's mindsets. You are blessed and I want to thank you for doing this amazing work. 🙏🏻 now I'm running my business at levels I could never imagine! Thank you.
World Class Advice
One of the most useful videos I’ve found on RUclips. Thank you so much! ❤️
Prove it.
Do you also want to be productive? Tell me some important reasons?
This is your best video for me and one of the best in the internet. Applying this alone can be enough to take us to really high levels and enjoy our lives much more. Thank you.
I have this habit of playing something motivational right before I sleep & sometimes meditation. It helps me doze off & keeps me away from like replying to texts or focusing on multiple things/thoughts & then not being able to sleep.
Last night I played this & slept midway. I've never been so interested in the content to come back in the morning. & today i did,, so great job 😁👍🏻
Your books and your videos are so inspirational and so informative and has truly impacted me in a exceptional manner
Robin Sharma I would love to know your top reads please. I just started 7 habits of the highly effective people. would love to know more..cause I m student who loves reading😬😀
First Comment! Great Job Robin 👌🏻
Blessings from India!
I've been an avid reader of your books Robin but this video of yours has really touched my heart !
I've been reading and saving your book for about more than a year now, don't want it to end so fast reading and learning as much as I can from it
your work is awesome! you are genius of mind sciences. i love you!
As someone who was recently diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive type), I am extremely grateful for your contents. Even though I've been taking Strattera and Ritalin, I just couldn't keep my focus for very long. I didn't know how to cope. But your contents have been extremely useful. Thank you.
Dei Mono Hi i just wanna tell you that.. adhd is not real(ok boomer i know :]) but..
The truth is that media want it to be real.. your focus depend on so mamy things on your childhood, metylophenidate as medicine? That's just drugi affrcting on your nervous system, everyone Has better focus on IT because that's how IT work.. that's how they earn money on society.. look how many people is diagnosed with 'adhd'... just think about it.
Anyway, the best way to improve your focus is... focusing more or trying to focus at first because its really hard if you were not doing IT for most of your life (and its not your fault, its because of your enviroment and other things)
ps. I was diagnosed with 'adhd' but i'm smarter than before
my eng suck tho i wish you underdtsnd

I am actually also very thankful for minimalism, and wish I had learned about it in my college days. It has made my personal and professional life much more focused, clearer, and less stressed. Will try to implement the other tips here. Thank you.

Robin, this video was great! The points you made where not to broad very concise and to the point. It’s always refreshing to hear things that I can work on and my myself sharper. Thank you for putting this out!
I've watched this mastery session multiple times and each one I still get valuable information from it although it's framed differently, also tight bubble of total focus would look amazing on a t-shirt as merchandise
The ONE Thing talks about this as well....the first part of your day is the most crucial. Using the Pomodoro Technique is extremely helpful as well.
To experience those 25-30 minutes of focus changes the perception of what focus really is.
Anyone who is reading this i wish you more success in abundance
Thanks for the video! I like how clearly you speak and how meaningful!
Appreciate the message and can see how I desperately crave my tight bubble right now. I will be finding my bubble this week. Thanking you deeply.
“For the next 90 days, spend the first 90 mins on your most important activity to move the needle in the right direction.”
"The morning hours are when you have the most focus, when you have the most energy..." Wow, wow, wow, hold your horses!
I've heard many motivational speeches and self help gurus but the way you've illustrated these few simple points was highly elegant and poignant. It has made a difference to my psyche already. Excited to try the 90/90/1. Sincerely thanks and I have surely subbed to your channel.
It's so good and inspiring, really touched my soul.
An addiction to distraction will be the death of your creative production. All i needed to hear. The single biggest breaking truth

In the morning you have the more focus, energy and willpower.
Your enviroment is so important.
