Thank you Robin for your guidance. I was recently offered ( and accepted) an Office Manager position in a growing dental specialty office. After 30 years as a chair side dental assistant and no management/ business experience, I questioned my own ability to be successful. My fears of disappointing my employer are very real BUT I know I CAN do it. I will commit to starting small and making each day an opportunity for positive change. I am looking forward to the journey.

Been waking up at 5 am for 2 and a half weeks now, 5-6 days per week... I would've never even thought of the idea... even 7 am was hard enough for me. After trying it however, I fucking love it. So glad I found your channel man. Another sound video. Cheers
With most audio books and VLogs I can do other things concurrently like a chore or whatever but with yours I'm compelled to sit down with pen and paper and take notes without any distraction. I think one of the things about your work that I appreciate the most is the clear contrast and distinctions that you make between what it takes to "work in rare air" versus being in the "cult of mediocrity". You are the real ambassador of how to attain World Class performance.

Robin, thanks for sharing. I have been watching your videos for a week after someone from my office mentioned the 20/20/20 rule in a meeting. Let me tell you, i have been getting up at 5am sharp. I feel amazing, i feel empower and that I have control of my day load. This have helped me stay focused and organized. Thanks for sharing. I was very touch by the last part of your video about kindness. Kind is an abstract word and many people don’t know how to be kind to others. Loved your talk! #3 I feel that while trying to learn to become better, we must keep in mind that other people are still at some other point of their journey..they still have to learn. We must learn not to start judging others around us and differentiating things and habits as good and bad. While improving ourselves,we must learn to take inefficiencies too in our stride! This will teach us patience, get rid of the SELF (ego), teach us to love people as THEY ARE not as WE like them to be, be free from negative thoughts and biases and as you said #1 actually run our own race..😊
