I woke up at 5am this morning, 2nd week on the trot.. Finished work at noon after starting at 7am and went for a 5 hour walk, played the full audiobook on 2 x speed and finished it. That’s another task ticked off this month. These early morning starts are amazing
Are you sleeping earlier or finding yourself dosing off at work? I find that while it's been nice to have so much time for myself in the morning, I end up being a lot less focused at work because I had already been active for hours beforehand, and my brain needed a break. It feels like everyday I was working overtime even though I wasn't... Really interested in hearing other people's perspectives.
Awesome narration. I tried to listen to the audiobook and my god that was irritating and frustrating to listen to narrator's voice that I could not listen to him after a while and that's when I found this. So grateful for everyone who have contributed for this summary of the audio book. Thank you ❤️
Been a long time subscriber now and I absolutely love these summaries. Great place to come back for a quick refresher on a great book I've already read. Thank you 🙏🏼
While starting your day early 'could' help your life it's a bit of a stretch that a billionaire only became a billionaire because he got up early? A billionaire 'type' has a boatload of familial, life exposure, education and psychological traits that drive someone towards the accumulation of wealth as a goal. Traits that are as rare (for obvious reasons) as a billionaire is.

Way better that actuall audio book, wasn't able to get over first 30 minutes of audio book as too much inspirational talk 🙄 just wanted facts and straight forward information.
What Mr. Sharma forgot to add was that waking up at 5:00am also entails a 10:30am, 20-30 minute 'Power Nap'. And then, in the afternoon, go out and get involved in fun activities. Surf, play Tennis, Shoot Hoops, Bicycle. Sharing with us to find an organization or group of like minded people to participate in these activities. I'm sure all of this, and more, will be included to his next new book called - 5 AM Club for those over 50. 😉
wow... this is great... if you have the chance, can you also help to summary the classic self help book like, think and grow rich, how to read a book, etc... those book will help many people "especially me" thank you... and keep up the good work...

Always enjoyed your summaries. One suggestion could you consider slowing down the speaker's reading speed...because the current normal is a tad faster than normal, while reducing it via YT option of 0.75x makes it slower than normal...so please consider this. Thanks so much

Wake up at 5A.M is not important
Sleeping at 10 P.M is important
Both are important equally.
Sometimes i feel like sleeping at 10 is a treat.
Haha
yes the body has to be potentially ready when you wake up and shouldn't be forced to wake up
@@mjawad43 true, it’s so hard. But definitely can be done. Not every single day because there are days that are different

I wake up at 730 everyday and I get plenty of shit done ... you don't have to wake up at 5am . Just don't oversleep wake up with the sun
so that you can get up on time, sleep on time. Sleep properly.. tech is leading to poor sleep quality.

Most people in the Philippines wake up even earlier than 5 AM.. does this book apply?
It's necessarily about when you wake up but what you do when you wake up.
