Dill Bun Recipe:
Sift 360 g wheat flour through a sieve.
7 grams of yeast.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
200 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
sunflower oil.
1 egg.

I'm a retired executive chef and I must say, BRAVO !!!😁 Those instructions were concise AND easy to follow, unlike others on RUclips. I will definately try this, tomorrow. A few questions/requests :
1) could you put the amounts in our measurements also ? I can convert, but it would be easier for some people and might keep people from trying it.
2) does this have to be eaten immediately or will it hold overnight. (Many recipes using water get stale so fast).
Once again, as a person who has written thousands of recipes and trained thousands of people to follow them my HATS OFF TO YOU 👨🍳.
Oh, I forgot your request cause I was so impressed. I'm from BEAUTIFUL COLUMBIA S.C. Where our bread of choice are Yeast Rolls and Biscuits !🤠

@@schnellleckerkochen We use ounces and pounds in the U.S. It's not a big deal I just know that some people are intimidated by grams, anything metric really.
