Welcome to my Channel AIZ TechGlobal. This video explains how to reset the LG magic remote and to register with LG Smart TV's.
Try first holding the home button and back button for five seconds then you’ll see blinking red light on the power button for three times. Press ok button (scroll wheel) and it should work. Tv message will say Remote has been successfully registered. If this method doesn’t work turn off the TV manually. Wait approximately 30 seconds and on it back. It should work fine after turning it back on...

Thank you!! Have a 2018 lg tv with an mr 18ba magic remote, now just bought second 2020 lg tv and it comes with an mr 20ga. Try to test if the 2020 smart remote is compatible with 2018 tv and it is 100%. But when I've try to put back 2018 remote there's no pointer. Now working.

When i'm trying to give my tv voice order's . the tv gave me msg , you must go to wifi Connection first , is that normal to give an voice commands , should i turn the wifi connection on first before i give my lg tv an voice command's ?? is that normal or that is such a problem in my tv setting even in software or hardware ??
To be frank my TV and remote have no voice commands function. Google it.

@@AizTechGlobal constantly done that bro just doesnt wana work. The remote itself is working. I reset my tv using the app on my phone as a remote. However still cant switch the tv on using the remote but once the tv is on everything else works using the remote.

Google remote+exact TV model number.. Not sure you will get original but it will be compatible.

How old is your remote? Try open remote and clean inside carefully. Otherwise time for new remote.

Hope some short circuit in your remote. Open remote cover and brush it inside and try. If it's not working and very old means, change new one.
