You forgot Bifelgan's Bounty (this part of the comment is based on the beginning of the video, you didn't mention it at the beginning, there's a chance you did use it). Also, in Wellgrove there's I believe a character that teaches Hikari "Empoison" (if you can beat her that is). Inventor's hammer skill is also neutral (technically, so is Elemental Bomb Bottle if there are no discovered magic weaknesses, but that skill is weak and would at most down a Cait to 1 hp when fully boosted). And Throne's family tree is even more complicated, because Claude's father was Darq'est, who is also one of Hikari's ancestors from his father's side, and Hikari's mom is of the Lumina family, and so are Osvald's wife, Osvald's daughter, and Alpates. Edit: ok, I saw you get the hammer in the video, chances are you did use it. Edit 2: based on your description of your team building for Galdera, you didn't think of using the hammer...
Iirc D'arquest is Claude's grandfather. Also Temenos possibly could be added to the family tree because there's a theory where he's one of Claude's children. (Mostly because of his hair color, and would also explain Mindt's interest on him)
@@SkyNetAR Claude "got the taste of Vide's blood while still in the womb", he's definitely a descendant of D'arquest, but whether D'arquest was his father or grandpa is only speculated.
That was a lot of fun to watch, and Galdera's def a hurdle with those restrictions. What are the other challenge runs planned for OT1/2? Regardless, looking forward to them.
Right now, I'm hoping to beat Octopath 1 without any subclasses. Also hoping to try beating every stroy in Octo2 solo. Those are subject to change, but I'm hoping I can make some good content from em
Really good video! If there's one thing I'd say, you probably should have made the music quieter and your voice louder. It can be really hard to hear you at some points.
Very fun video i really enjoyed it but want to be honest coming from youtubers to youtubers 1 while its good you spead up the game it still felt a bit to long i think it would be better to cut a little bit out just saying 2 not a video problem just a thing i thought to mention there is a attack in the game called bulwark its on the warmaster job and i just wanted to say because it would have been useful in my opinion But thats all great video and hope to see more

Also thanks for mentioning that attack, I realize that there are a few sources of true damage I missed, and if I ever try to do the extra battles with this ruleset, I'll keep them in mind!
Great video but first thing I noticed is audio balancing is a little off. Your voice is a bit too quiet and occasionally the music overtakes and it’s hard to hear what you’re saying.
I've considered that, it would probably make the challenge harder, but would probably just result in more grinding until being able to use Hired Help regularly, since that damage isn't affected by our character's damage potential
With how much kicking the party did, their legs must very swole by the end lol

I didn't think about the hammer or Bounty, though I did actually use the Hammer Attack with Castti at one point in the battle.

Maybe try a basic weapon, like if you remove it.
