Any Macbook 2009 or newer can run macOS 10.12 and that is the minimum requirements that Ecamm provides. I'd personally aim for something in the last 5 years though, and obviously the beefier graphics card the better. Live is live. No do-overs :D Good luck!
Yeshu Darbar Allahabad Yes, you totally can use that camera to live stream! That camera has a mini HDMI (type C) video output, so what you will need is a cable to convert that to regular HDMI, then something that can’t get that HDMI signal onto your computer like the blackmagic web presenter. Good luck!!
@@ChurchTechTalks Thank you, now here are my questions: 1. May you please send me a link at Amazon for the cable converter? (by the way, do I need a capture card or this cable would work? 2. Since we are in India and with Pandemic we are limited but give me few names of these software that will work on our dell software. 3. This setup will be for church services on a stage, so will it be possible to move this camera from Singing person to the speaker etc? Thank you for your help.
You can purchase a mini hdmi to hdmi cable here: amzn.to/2Fvda6v You’ll need something to bring that HDMI into your dell, so something like the Blackmagic web presenter: amzn.to/3gaKg8r And for software, if you’re on PC I would check out OBS. Tons of tutorials online for how to use OBS for live-streaming. Church Front did one recently that was great. You can watch that here: ruclips.net/video/-av6jyKma3c/видео.html
This is super helpful info, thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful!
thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for the video. What are the minimum Macbook specs you recommend to livestream to RUclips with Ecamm, an ATEM mini, etc?
