1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp water
Peach Ingredients:
4 tbsp butter
1 lrg can sliced peaches
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 raisins
1 -2 tbsp water
!1/2 tsp van illa (optional)
Crean Cheese Filling:
4oz cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 egg for wash

I hear yo loud and clear... The music adds ambients to the video, but what I will do is turn it down if I am speaking. Lately Iwe have been using written instructions instead of verbal. But your suggestions are much appreciated, and the time I will mute or lower the volume when I speak. Thanks so much!

I really enjoy the recipe but the music is really distracting & irritating. I’m sure it’s good on its own but not when you’re talking. I didn’t subscribe yet because I want to watch a couple more videos to see if they all have music.

Beautifully done! Anyone who's a baker of pies this size have just learned a great thing: cream cheese goes with almost anything. You also must have grace with God because my pies always seem to squish out as I'm sealing them using the same amount of filling. My crush is a pie crust with shortening. It bakes flakier with shortening. Great video, sir! You're a designated baker as I am.

Yummy if we don’t add cornstarch so is it fine
It will be thinner and runny... and can seep out of the dough.

That works !!!! Use whatever you have available! Fresh will give you the best flavor in my view.
