  • The plaintiff claims the defendant posted negative articles and photos about him on a website the defendant built. He is suing for defamation of character. The defendant claims he was hired by a lawyer to create the website and admits the lawyer posted mean things about the plaintiff, but it wasn’t the defendant’s fault. He claims he even tried to take them down.

A lot of teens, twenty somethings and occasionally older individuals who behave like high school mean girls get themselves into a lot of trouble when bullying someone he/she hates on the internet! There’s no excuse to lie against someone, misuse photos by photoshopping pics or using a pic that when taken out of context can really hurt another’s career, emotional/mental health, relationships, etc. even their life. If someone asks you to kill someone and you go and do it and that guy disappears and they only catch you then you are responsible. You have full control and common sense to know what’s right and what’s wrong but you were money hungry. It was exorbitant af what he was asked to do, and most people would know that it was something sketchy. This is what he gets for being greedy.

They're both under a gag order pending another lawsuit in civil court, and the defendant's prosecution in criminal court, which was also pending. I need an update on the civil/criminal cases, and whether the lawyers were put in prison. Israel will not extradite their citizens to any other country where they're prosecuted, due to a law. I forgot the name of it. That's why so many citizens that hold dual citizenship in Israel and another country flee to Israel to avoid prosecution based on that particular law. They know the prosecuting country will fight for years to get them back.

The defendant is arguing that he has no responsible because the client was providing the information. But if someone paid him to beat someone up he cannot argue that he should not face consequences because someone else was the one who wanted the person beaten up. Sure, the other guy is also responsible, but the perpetrator is the main one responsible.
This guy will do it again. He is as dishonest as they come.
