That's the problem, Roberts agrees with Alito and Thomas. Because the fact is, IF Roberts was bothered by the biased, unseemly conduct displayed by Alito and Thomas, he would have done something about it. We need to overhaul SCOTUS. The days of Lifetime appointments should be OVER.
If Alito were a real man he wouldn't blame his wife in public even if she really did it. And if she did it he should recuse himself from the appropriate cases
Need entire congress to go blue and white house. Then day one reform to federal courts including scotus. There must be ethical rules and real enforcement. There needs to be outside group to make justices recuse if there is conflict of interest. They have shown they cannot police themselves so a group of nonpartisan retired judges must run scotus.
Let the Robert's Court go down as the most corrupt and partisan in our history.
