    Our custom 67.7mm compressor is milled out of high strength 7075 Aluminum. It's TCT design is engineered to maximize peak power. To fit that wheel we developed a unique, OEM appearing, anti-surge equipped compressor cover. Redesigning the compressor to maximize power and driveability meant pouring over every detail of from MWE groove width and placement to diffuser clearance and shape.
    The VVT Stealth 67G2 center section is fitted with a 360 degree thrust bearing and features liquid cooling to increase reliability and minimize thrust wear during competition use.
    The turbine side innovation rivals the compressor side. Our turbine dwarfs the factory turbine and the Garrett 4094VA in every way. The turbine inducer is taller, allowing much higher flowing vanes which are actuated our matched unison ring. The VVT Stealth 67G2 features the largest turbine and vanes available in the this frame. Increasing turbine size dramatically reduces drive pressure under heavy load, helping you achieve nearly a 1:1 drive to boost ratio under most operating conditions. Controlling drive pressure helps make more power and significantly lowers EGT's.

      Jack throw the Stealth 67 on the new black Denali lml! It would be great since you had a 64 on the Silverado now you could test and review the 67.

    How are the egts compared to the stock turbo? Would stock cp3 and injectors be sufficient for this turbo? I'm looking for a turbo to tow alot with and I'd like to get rid of as much back pressure as possible to help keep egts low.

    I dropped you some messages last week and thanks for the response Nick. I have the 2008 LMM and have 165 Fass lift pump, 5" race exhaust all the way back, EFI Live 5 and a ATS stage 2 800hp transmisssion with Co-pilot trans tuner to back all this up. I talked to you about this one last week and I believe this is the way I want to go. You suggested twin turbo set up but that's out if my budget range for now. Told you I got to do all over size piping for hot and cold side. How much for the 67 G2 Stealth VVT? And what size injectors and brand would be best to get 800hp but still leave me manageable tow if I needed to? Also what kind of fuel mileage would I be looking at running this suggested set up with 35" mud tires (ballpark fig.)? I plan to dyno so I'm running a clean tune but slightly rich on the fuel so I'm not running to lean. Don't want dirty tune because I've heard it will destroy your engine. LOVE THE INFORMATIVE VIDEO'S!!! YOU GUYS KNOW YOUR DIESEL STUFF AND IT SHOWS! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS😎🤙

    Which stealth turbo upgrade would work best with a s475 twin setup on an Lbz ??? Your stealth 64 or the stealth 67.2. ??? How would this setup spool up in place of the stock one ??? I would guess this would require a tune update as well.

    • @Duramaxtuner
      @Duramaxtuner  5 лет назад +1

      If you're running the s475 for your low pressure charger the 64 would be a better match. If you run the 67G2 than you can consider matching it with an s488.

    I'm looking at getting one of these for my '16 LML. What size injectors would you recommend? Its pretty much a daily driver and rarely tow. While I don't race or pull with the truck, I'd still like the ability to turn it up occasionally have some fun. Are 60% over injectors too big for a mild street tune? Will my CP4 have any issues? Yes its fed by a FASS 165.

    • @Duramaxtuner
      @Duramaxtuner  4 года назад

      I think a set of Exergy Sportsman Injectors will get you where you are trying to go. You could go to 30% over if you want to have that extra fuel on tap.

    How would this turbo’s power and drive ability characteristics compare to a Danville 68mm stage 2R?

    • @Duramaxtuner
      @Duramaxtuner  6 лет назад +1

      Danville makes a great product and the 68mm Stage 2R is a category leader. The VVT and LML Stealth 67G2 custom vanes are up to 53% larger than stock, it features the largest turbine available to any VVT Duramax turbo and the compressor wheel is just about the same size. In all, we designed this to make the same if not more power and be incredibly better to drive on the street. We spent a long time making sure we could harness the peak power we know customers want while making sure we provide the best driving turbo of this size.

    • @nono-fn3zc
      @nono-fn3zc 6 лет назад +1

      Duramaxtuner ok, so similar power but drives better on the street than the Stg2R. Thanks for comparing.

    Have a 03 lb7 once in awhile I'm getting a low pressure code. Every 6 months I'm getting a ticking noise under load. The injectors are good Fass fuel system. Would this cause the problem?

    • @Duramaxtuner
      @Duramaxtuner  5 лет назад

      That is not quite enough information for us to be confident about a diagnosis. But, possibly a fuel pressure regulator.

    I'm so glad I found you guys before I blew money on another turbo setup. I can't wait to buy this beast. I always watched videos of guys with earlier duramax's and the 4094 I love that sound. With the bigger exhaust side of the turbo does that affect exhaust braking at all?

    • @Duramaxtuner
      @Duramaxtuner  5 лет назад

      The larger vanes balance out the larger turbine. Meaning your exhaust brake is still effective.
