Is it 官方物流 or 圆通速递 is the right tracking number? Is 菜鸟 the carrier company?

However, the local company that they use to post your parcels (from seller to 菜鸟 warehouse) varies! They have many local shipping and one of them is 圆通速递

Hello, glad the video was useful! Yes, you’ll only be able to find out by asking the seller. However, there maybe differences because they may not include the shipping packaging. But it’s usually a good indicator!

Hi there! Unfortunately, I believe taobao does not allow shipping to Melbourne and you’ll most likely need to use a third party forwarder.

Hii, thank you for making such an informative video. Do you if i can make consolidation for shipping inside China? My shipping agent has a warehouse in china and i want my orders to be shipped in there. But i don't know if i can make consolidation for shipping in China (not overseas countries).
Hi Lixie(?), I don’t think you can use Taobao’s consolidation system (the one shown in the video) if you’re shipping to your shipping agent’s address!
Sending your items to your shipping agent’s address will essentially be similar to shipping to a 3rd party forwarder (3pf)! We recently published a video on using 3pf, hopefully that video might be useful for you!

Haha, personally I won’t recommend direct shipping! It sounds more expensive (haven’t tried it for comparison) and not all sellers offer direct shipping.
For 5 items, if they aren’t too big/heavy, then you can go for air shipment since it shouldn’t be too expensive + faster. But if you subsequently have more than 5 items, can opt for sea because it’s cheaper but slower (if you can wait!)

Hi Shelly, I have not tried that method but you are correct. It is a one-time payment that includes the cost of goods + overseas shipping. So the seller will send the item directly to your house. However, I'd suggest that you double-check with the seller if they REALLY do provide this option as sometimes it's stated there but they don't provide this service.

No uh. 官方is still taobao. Just that when it reach the warehouse it will not be stored but sent out to ship almost immediately aka faster.
Seller send direct to your loc is another thing.
I've been using my sib's acct, usually i direct or longbang consolidate shipping. but now I start my own acct so the consolidate shipping part is new to me.

I finished watching and it's clearer.. I'm amazed by your Chinese and you can buy tonnes of items, must have put in alot of hard work.. But the area that I key in seems invalid though as I try to find Clementi area but to no avail so I just choose Hong leong garden which is the nearest
Haha, you'd be surprised that my friends actually laugh at my Chinese! But yes, it started off with a lot of toggling between Google translate on desktop & mobile too.
Yup, I think nearest estate works! Most importantly is that your address, postal code and contact number are correct if you're using Cainiao :)

There maybe china internal shipping. This vid is the international shipping part.
That's why it's good to look for 国内包邮 to ensure free shipping within china.

Hello Kimpuay, yes you can! Usually on weekends (Sat-Sun) you’d be able to see a “3% CC waiver” image on Taobao’s home page.

Hi! I attempted to pay for shipping but Alipay kept giving me a failure to verify error message. I tried everything but I still cannot pay for my shipping so I canceled the transaction. How do I get my money back after canceling? Will my package remain in the warehouse even if I canceled the consolidation? Please help :(
Hi! You should be able to add in your credit card details to pay for your shipping without Alipay! Alternatively, maybe you can try downloading AliPay App and add?
But if you’ve cancelled transaction then it should automatically be refunded.

Hello! If you need to refund your items from outside China, you’d have to send it back to the seller just like how you would send a package to a friend overseas.

Nope, it will be one parcel with one tracking number! For me, I’d usually get a SMS from the local courier company :)

3pf is an alternative shipping method for buyers to purchase. Generally, people use 3pf for 2 reasons:
1. To buy items that Cainiao restricts (e.g. food, battery, liquids)
2. To purchase large, bulky items (e.g. furnitures, appliances)

Hello! Sorry, we missed out on your reply. If you’re on the TAOBAO app, you can add all your items to cart and check them out altogether! From there, you can select your shipping address so that you don’t have to individually select them :)
