Todd, You did that B pillar “ skin replacement exactly the way I would have done it. The problem you are experiencing is with welding “ boronated”( enhances strength) in thin steel. I have had success using silicon bronze filler rod when the weld is not on structural high strength steel. Your choice of music and your editing skills are fantastic. Keep up the excellent work.
Amazing number of layers of steel in the door pillar. Three cheers for body filler
Terrific video ....very carefully produced....nice mix of music, your entertaining narratives and time lapse sequences. Top notch Todd. Thanks for taking the time to create these engaging and totally enjoyable videos.
Gold standard indeed.
That scene where you showed the Evensburgh sign is about where you get off to go to where my wife grew up and her family still lives in Johnstown. I started watching you thinking you lived around that area but after a while I saw you were a couple hours out past that. It's pretty through there but it snows more there due to the mountain. Not my idea of a good time 😉
Terrific video. I see you paying homage to the Godfather- Nobari Auto!
I'm halfway through video.... an idea would be to test fit doors before welding on replacement piece... just to make sure
Hey Todd this car is coming together nicely, you’re doing a great job. Splitters and that kinda stuff ain’t my scene but I gotta say that one compliments those wheels and vice versa. Looking real good man.
I know it’s going to be a bit of expens but you need to get smaller diameter wire tips and rollers for welding body panels, that would make your life a lot easier, oh and my mam likes a weird beard😂🏴👍🏻
Welding and working on your tan at the same time
I would suggest in the future you use a scribe to mark your cuts instead of paint marker. A scribe line is much smaller and more accurate. Just a little hint.
What gauge wire are you using in your MiG?
Great job
Nice work!
There was most likely some unidentified vermin chewing on the mirror wires. The cat jumped up to chase it away and you came along and blamed him. He just being a good guard cat.
Yeah...... sure......
Those wheels are much better black
Where did you buy front bumper lip from and what brand is it?
Do you have a link to that CarPlay unit that you have in the Cadillac?
