Ending speech made me cry. I am taking up space finally, again. I am 7 months postpartum- today was the second day waking up at 5 am and working out before my baby woke up and needed me. I had to go resettle him near the end before finishing up. But I know when I need to workout in the day- and it is so nice to not be needed or to wait for my baby to maybe let me workout. I started this week realizing I need to meal prep, for myself, partner and baby. I'm always so quiet when it comes to asking for what I need, or believing in myself... This made me know it is ok to vocalize this, instead of just building frustration. I will be stronger than before this baby. For him, for me, for us. Love yall❤

I LOVED this pep talk!! I think so many of us are told we need to be less, ask for less and take up less space. It's incredibly empowering to hear someone say that not only is it ok to make space for ourselves but that we should take up more space. Thanks for this and I hope we all can follow this advice!!

I don't always like AMRAP workouts but I freaking LOVED this one!!! The deficit deadlifts and squats were my favorite!
