I don't think so, you need to use system restore thankfully Windows usually creates a restore point before installing any major update so there would be no files lost hopefully.

Well it could be a virus, problems with SSD, hardware damage or it's nothing it popped up for no reason and it's a glitch and it happens to me as a glitch so I guess it's normal

@@TheAdinWilson get a clean hard driver can have as little as 10 gigabytes but has to have at least 10, hook that usb up to your laptop or anything else computer wise that will allow you to be able to download and boot that new windows reinstallment once you get it on there you can hook that up to your pc wait for it to reset and right as you’re going into the reset start spamming f12 I’m pretty sure it was so you can boot the download up instead of the current windows you have open

You are a god among men! A recent Windows 11 update entirely f***** up my computer and it was stuck in an infinite restart loop. I had to grab a flash drive, install the Media Creation Tool on it, and use that to do a system restore. I tried to uninstall the updates from the blue screen, but it would not even let me! If anyone else has this problem, do a system restore. Don't even waste your time trying to uninstall the updates from the blue screen. It wont let you.

But now I installed Linux Mint on a spare hard drive and have been using it quite a bit. Linux mint has never caused any issues for me and works like a charm. I still use my Win 11 installation from time to time, but would definitely recommend trying out Linux Mint because it is a much cleaner operating system

I've got an issue where the Win11 PC will not restart from safe mode restart screen in the advanced options. The only way I can get into safe mode is to use the msconfig force safe mode fully shut down then boot. If I try to restart after using msconfig to boot into safe mode the pc will not restart into safe mode. It will sit at a black screen until I hard shutdown then boot into safe mode. Very odd.
@@DanielMazur-fs7lt Yes, my issue ended up being related to a memory issue. My ram was running in default 2600 speeds with xmp profiles enabled for 3600 and it was not playing nice. After some tinkering in bios with xmp profiles I was able to get the memory running at 3600 as it should with the xmp profile and this resolved my issue. It was a strange one.

I am unsure if the new install will even work. I paid almost 600 for this computer and have only had it for 4 months.
I wanted to change my cores (on huawei matebook w11) from 1 to 8 and it says that some safe boot something and a open it again and selected normal boot (it was on selected boot) and change it back to selected how it was before, then i restart my notebook and im stuck in choose option use devide, troubleshoot, turn off my pc, in troubleshoot i have: startup repair(cant repair) cpmmand prompt, uinstall updates, ueif fimware, system restore, system image recovery. If you can help me i will be very thankfull

Pressing power down three times in a row gets me back into safe mode-where I happen to be stuck. I need to know how to exit safe mode.
