Awesome tutorial, and professionally done. The only issue I see, and its more of a nitpick, here is with the final solution you never shore up the security vulnerability created by renaming cmd to utilman. You should should really show how to access sytem32 from windows user and change it back to the proper application or mention they need to preform the steps from the boot media in reverse order to shore up the security issue.

Get to boot repair, stay offline, let it do it's thing, when it asks to reset, cancel, wait, error pops up saying it can't repair, open the window, scroll down click the file it lists, it opens a notepad, hit open on note pad wander into c drive/windows/system32 rename sethc to something else, copy cmd, rename the copy sethc smack enter and restart, hit shift 5 times cmd opens type in net user (insert name here) *. Hit enter twice and log in.

"How to open the boot menu in (your laptop model name)"
If you are doing this on a desktop computer, write the same and include the motherboard name.

Worked Flawless on my friends computer. Used a windows 8.1 install disk and used quotes on the two name user name. Password was blanked with no issues. Great video that was organized and chronologically correct. Thank you! Thumbs UP! 👍

Due to the latest updates from Microsoft, it became possible that in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 the command prompt can only be opened using a bootable Windows USB flash drive, otherwise the system will require a password.

If you went all the way in Registry Editor and didn't get cmd, restart your computer and go all the way from the beginning - it should work.

The problem here is that if in one of the commands you write at least one letter incorrectly, then the command will not work.
I think this is the main reason for dislikes.

Method 4 worked for me , but after I run wpeutil reboot , the laptop reboots , I can hear the windows sound but the screen remains black. Is there a way to revert ? Or what can I do next ? I can boot from the flash drive and get back in cmd via method 4
The system is not broken, sorry, but this problem occurs if you make a mistake in one of the steps or due to a certain Windows configuration.
If the problem is not solved, now try the following - You need to start all the way from the very beginning, that is, force a restart of the PC, if you have a laptop, press the power button and hold it until the laptop turns off, wait 1 minute and turn on the computer again.

Method 3 didnt work because command prompt didnt open when i pressed F9, i also tried other keys
